Interesting to hear, i didn't know that this Casino is closed. This has gone very fast. Maybe this explains the financial situation. I hope that on Omni will not happen the same because i like Omni Casino.

We are still way behind in payments. Months, if not a year or more. It seems they made the call to prioritise paying as many affiliates as possible, just not the small number of ones they owed a lot to.

Nothing moves, only promises that they will get back to you but they don't.

Can be that Elliot is a nice guy as stated (don't know him personally) but he gives only promises and no explanations.

Days and days pass and nothing happens.

What should we think about this ?

Are you guys satisfied with the situation of no payments and no explanations ?

Waiting and doing nothing ? In a few days there will be a next payment showing but you can't request because the system will block the pending payment of the previous month.

It will only shows the total amount from all months which are pending.

Business can do what they want and we must accept, this is not a fair partnership.

Account managers can nothing for if financial problems occurs at company but at least they can give us explanations.

This delay is not a solution and i'm talking only for 2 months on us. What should partners think they owe several months or bigger amounts

It's always the same! What we expect are reasonable explanations. We are not stupid and can count 1 and 1 together.

Focal Click does not really live up to a certified program because of late or no payments.

Just want to say: Payments for customers from Omni casino are in time.

UPDATE: six month have passed since my last update, Focal had paid a third of what they were supposed to, after nagging Elliott weekly.

There is still a big chunk being owed and I get no answers.

Affiliate Programs with Predatory terms is one thing, but not getting paid for almost two years is quite another. I don't understand how this program is still certified on AGD. How can we affiliates trust these certifications with such a program listed?

No one seems to care that we have families to feed and businesses to run.

Promote these guys and you risk chasing your commissions for years if you'll ever get anything.

As I've posted in GPWA thread about the OP's issue, I too am as shell shocked as everyone else about these slow & or no payment of commissions.

Not defending anyone, merely saying Elliot is not the owner, he can't move a mountain, if, the mountain refused to budge.

I'm going to again reach out to Elliot and find out what's up. Hopefully he'll post to the forum, and we can get this matter sorted, one way or the other.

Elliott knows well who I am and that I will not rest until I get paid in full.

As a first step I'd really like to talk to the decision makers at AGD and get this program at the rogue section where it belongs. It is a shame that affiliates still sign up every day to a program that will not pay them. AGD should not be endorsing such a program/behavior - what can a program do worse than bluntly not pay?

It is not a dispute over commission reduction, fraudulent traffic or anything like that, they just tell you to your face - we know we owe you money but you are not getting paid, talk to us next month!

We are going to have a call with Elliot this week and hopefully we can gain more insight. I suggest to all affiliates to remove the Omni brands from high level exposure spots until we have more info on payments.

I spoke with Elliot this morning. He should be posting a statement by the end of the week.We understand that they are trying their best to get payments to affiliates with outstanding commission owed however while affiliates are still waiting on overdue payments FocalClick will need to be moved to the Rogue section and will have to remain there until this issue has been resolved and affiliates start receiving their earnings in a timely manner.

I’m writing this post today in order to address any posts written concerning payments here at Affiliate Guard Dog. Whilst we will accept responsibility in breaking our terms with regard to our partnership with you, we are unable to go into detail why this has happened on an open forum.

Focal Click as most of you will be aware has been in operation since 2001, over the last 17 years we and our registered affiliate partners have enjoyed working together in a stable and consistent manner however over the last several months the stable and consistent environment we’ve grown accustomed to has been interrupted.

We are working with determination to resume an affiliate service we can be proud of and are doing everything we can to return to normal service sooner rather than later.

In personal chats you give also no explanations or details.

Sorry but you tell us not the truth but we suspect of course what the reason is.

To say nothing makes the situation not better. If you would tell us the facts we could handle it better and it would also showing that the company are really interested to try solving the issues.

Now your business goes more down at the moment because no one will promote. The other problem is that some platforms has marked this as not recommendable.

How you want to get back to a "normal service" ? You lack the money to pay us. You need to earn first but on which way ?

Unless, there is bank issue or the funds for payment have been eaten up; there should be no other reason not to pay.

And if it's the former, then one can easily accept it. Lots of American sportsbooks have banking issues, and they openly accept that. Affiliates will accommodate for months, provided the reason is valid.

But, what it mostly ends up with are nonexistent funds.

It doesn't sound good. The marketing pitch here doesn't help. 17 years of punctual payment do not count anymore if people don't get paid for over a year.

I'd have some respect and patience for people playing open card and showing the will to solve it. If it were people I have been working well with for years, I'd even try to help a bit.

But if not, then not.

I have also not been paid ( did get a part payment 3 months ago ) and whilst Elliott has remained in contact with me and always responded to my emails - as previous people have said - He can't move mountains, and I suspect his hands are tied and he is just as frustrated as the rest of us.
I think many of us have shown patience in view of the relationship with Elliott but I have to admit I am now starting to cringe every time I get a New Depositor or make earnings at Focal Click as I wonder if I will ever see the money.
The Bottom line is that the Owner needs to step forward and stop being a coward and hiding behind Elliott. There really is no excuse for non payment because at the end of the day - For us to have outstanding commission - it means Focal Click has received funds and are not paying it to their Affiliates.
This has been going on for far too long with no real explanations. Elliott has tried his best but unfortunately even his assurances no longer hold any weight because the Owner is not forthcoming.

Although my post above is the first time I have posted on AGD , I have been in the industry since 1999 and have a pretty large network.
I am also one of the Dinosaurs in the industry and believe in loyalty and honesty.

Something that is sadly Alien to many people nowadays, and for that reason I am quite embarrassed about calling the owner of Focal Click a coward without knowing the facts.

Today I had a long chat with Elliot and got many of the facts which cannot be made public at this stage for very valid reasons, but what I can say confidently is that we will get our money in the end and that the delay is not due to the actual Owner holding back the funds .

Not very helpful for Affiliates wanting answers but let’s just say that I am leaving them up on my whole network of 100 odd sites so this might say how confident I am that Focal Click will be back on track.

The fact that they are probably one of the longest standing Affiliate Programs with a good reputation in the past has to stand for something and therefore I am going to give them the benefit of the doubt secure in the knowledge that these problems will be sorted out

For a Dinosaur, it's easier to leave the brand on the pages and to show we trust Focal Click. But what should do all the smaller affiliates ?

We also haven't removed Omni Casino but currently marked Focal Click with a warning.

Maybe you got the answers we would expect but at least it change nothing. The reputation goes down and affiliates concentrate on other brands.

I'm also working in this business a long time and i have experienced a lot. I'm not a Dinosaur but my feeling has rarely fooled me.

Loyalty and honesty are also important for me but sometimes you will disappoint.

If Elliot told his contacts the facts in privat, it would have been much easier and would have avoided public discussion.
