Caribbean Casino had the same owner(s) and is closed.
Perhaps they have issues?

Interesting to hear, i didn't know that this Casino is closed. This has gone very fast. Maybe this explains the financial situation. I hope that on Omni will not happen the same because i like Omni Casino.
I also put in a payment request on Oct-30th and still haven't been paid.
So more than 2 weeks since my request now...
My previous payments (a long time ago) were paid in 7 days & 2 days.
We are still way behind in payments. Months, if not a year or more. It seems they made the call to prioritise paying as many affiliates as possible, just not the small number of ones they owed a lot to.
Nothing moves, only promises that they will get back to you but they don't.
Can be that Elliot is a nice guy as stated (don't know him personally) but he gives only promises and no explanations.
Days and days pass and nothing happens.
What should we think about this ?
Are you guys satisfied with the situation of no payments and no explanations ?
Waiting and doing nothing ? In a few days there will be a next payment showing but you can't request because the system will block the pending payment of the previous month.
It will only shows the total amount from all months which are pending.
Business can do what they want and we must accept, this is not a fair partnership.
Account managers can nothing for if financial problems occurs at company but at least they can give us explanations.
This delay is not a solution and i'm talking only for 2 months on us. What should partners think they owe several months or bigger amounts
It's always the same! What we expect are reasonable explanations. We are not stupid and can count 1 and 1 together.
Focal Click does not really live up to a certified program because of late or no payments.
Just want to say: Payments for customers from Omni casino are in time.
UPDATE: six month have passed since my last update, Focal had paid a third of what they were supposed to, after nagging Elliott weekly.
There is still a big chunk being owed and I get no answers.
Affiliate Programs with Predatory terms is one thing, but not getting paid for almost two years is quite another. I don't understand how this program is still certified on AGD. How can we affiliates trust these certifications with such a program listed?
No one seems to care that we have families to feed and businesses to run.
Promote these guys and you risk chasing your commissions for years if you'll ever get anything.
As I've posted in GPWA thread about the OP's issue, I too am as shell shocked as everyone else about these slow & or no payment of commissions.
Not defending anyone, merely saying Elliot is not the owner, he can't move a mountain, if, the mountain refused to budge.
I'm going to again reach out to Elliot and find out what's up. Hopefully he'll post to the forum, and we can get this matter sorted, one way or the other.
Elliott knows well who I am and that I will not rest until I get paid in full.
As a first step I'd really like to talk to the decision makers at AGD and get this program at the rogue section where it belongs. It is a shame that affiliates still sign up every day to a program that will not pay them. AGD should not be endorsing such a program/behavior - what can a program do worse than bluntly not pay?
It is not a dispute over commission reduction, fraudulent traffic or anything like that, they just tell you to your face - we know we owe you money but you are not getting paid, talk to us next month!
We are going to have a call with Elliot this week and hopefully we can gain more insight. I suggest to all affiliates to remove the Omni brands from high level exposure spots until we have more info on payments.
I spoke with Elliot this morning. He should be posting a statement by the end of the week.We understand that they are trying their best to get payments to affiliates with outstanding commission owed however while affiliates are still waiting on overdue payments FocalClick will need to be moved to the Rogue section and will have to remain there until this issue has been resolved and affiliates start receiving their earnings in a timely manner.
I’m writing this post today in order to address any posts written concerning payments here at Affiliate Guard Dog. Whilst we will accept responsibility in breaking our terms with regard to our partnership with you, we are unable to go into detail why this has happened on an open forum.
Focal Click as most of you will be aware has been in operation since 2001, over the last 17 years we and our registered affiliate partners have enjoyed working together in a stable and consistent manner however over the last several months the stable and consistent environment we’ve grown accustomed to has been interrupted.
We are working with determination to resume an affiliate service we can be proud of and are doing everything we can to return to normal service sooner rather than later.
