Today I had a long chat with Elliot and got many of the facts which cannot be made public at this stage for very valid reasons, but what I can say confidently is that we will get our money in the end and that the delay is not due to the actual Owner holding back the funds .

Believe me, you're being far too generous and I don't share your confidence at all. I've heard the same stories several times from Elliott for more than 18 months now and I've been patient and understanding but it hasn't got us paid the significant debt they now owe us.

Whether you believe that "the delay is not due to the actual Owner holding back the funds" is a moot point if they don't have the funds to hold back isn't it?

I hear you Insider , but please note I am certainly not a Super Affiliate or anything like that ( I wish I was ) so also cannot afford to lose any money, as I have staff costs as well as the usual running costs that everyone in this industry has, so I certainly would not keep a brand on my sites if I believed I was not going to get my money as it would then be logical to direct my efforts to other casinos.

So this tells you that if I am keeping them up, then I have faith in them, and of course nothing is guaranteed in life and I could sit with egg on my face 6 months down the line if they did go bang, but my gut feel tells me that won't happen, so I am prepared to take the risk.

Each Affiliate needs to weigh up the pros and cons with every program they promote, so my advice to "Small Affiliates" would be to go with your gut feel and if uncomfortable, then pull em'.

Me personally am prepared to take the risk

Further to my post - After re reading Insider's comments - I got the feeling he thought that what I meant by saying I was a Dinosaur was that I meant I was a Big Affiliate. I meant I am a Dinosaur in terms of age LOL - As in been in the industry for a long time :)
I would probably be classed as a "Medium Affiliate" so basically I still have to work and can't retire on the beach with a cocktail in hand ......yet!!

Indeed i thought you are a big affiliate, now you have explained correct.:)

Now all the details you have described applies to me too and i believe also that i'm coming into the near of a "Medium classed Partner" but normally i introduce myself rather as a small one.

We must work every day and only a few can make their lives beautiful on the beach with a cocktail in their hands.

So we are in the same boat only the gut feeling from each are different. ;)

Cheers and a happy xmas time to all

I missed this yesterday. I don't expect anyone to take the same stance I am taking and like I said earlier - it may come back to bite me but its the chance I am willing to take.

Even if they did pay on time, there are so many programs that convert better and have better player value. I can't think of any rational reason to keep promoting them.

Reputation takes decades to build but only months of false promises and breach of agreements to destroy.

Even if they pay everyone ( which Im positive they will do at some point ) the damage is already done to their rep.. Its such a shame, but you are as good as your last on time payment...

As a fellow dinosaur in the industry (my first profitable site in 2003), I'm with TopBoss on giving them a chance. I've not been paid since October last year. Like Chris, his predecessor, Elliott has always shot us straight. I don't think he would still be with the company and hurting his own reputation, if he didn't believe that all will be made right eventually.

I don't know about the rest of you, but I've really started leaning strongly towards good CPA program offers. Less worry about programs going belly up, selling out or changing T&C's.

It seems like we have fewer and fewer good partners to work with each year for rev share. Focal Click was always one of the good guys, so I'm going to extend some more grace as long as Elliott keeps answering my emails and calls.

I completely agree with PSORG, trust no one,no terms but be open to work with everyone as long as the CPA is right and paid on time. For me this lowers risk and opens up the partnership opportunities.

Even CPA can be risky when you push big numbers and paid once a month.
What I do is come up with a figure I am somewhat comfortable losing, and never keep more than that with a program. If you're good at what you do, they'll pay every few days. They'll do what's necessary to keep getting your traffic. You set the rules.

Small fish or big fish, you need to get paid for the revenue you've generated with them.

It's a well-known tactic to pay first the guys with big sites that rank well with rogue lists or ask listing fees...

The OP commenced this thread in April 2018, yet was owed on commissions for 12 months previous to April. If my calculations are correct, the OP (and possibly others) haven't been paid for almost 2 years now...

Is everyone still waiting...?
Or has anyone been paid?

It's March 2019, has anyone received anything yet?

Last time I was paid was August 2017.
Though to be fair, due to very low earnings I didn't request another payment until October 2018 - and I am still waiting on that.
Sent a chasing e-mail a couple of days back and they replied saying "it would be looked into"...

Seems only "topboss" is privy to the payment issue. However, Heather is not at liberty to disclose that information. Which effectively makes her statement a moot point.

Though to be fair

Is there really anything "fair" about a program not paying its affiliates, especially, when they're STILL accepting deposits from players? Simple answer, no!

An installment plan would show an effort. Has anyone been approached with this offer?

Food for thought:
Aside from affiliates not being paid, at a guess, I'd say staff at both the aff program and casino would still be receiving their salaries.

The longer this goes, the more affiliates are owed. After so long with non-payments, I'd be writing ALL this off as a TAX LOSS, and moving on.

Edit:
I really do hope all who are owed monies, get paid. But, the longer this draws out (almost 2 years now), that window of hope is rapidly shrinking.

Our last payment was in July 2018 and a request you can't change. Month for months there was added new earnings, so they owe us meanwhile a few hundred dollars. The crux is that casino players will paid. You can't blacklist Omni Casino if all works normal.

But are you willing to promote Omni Casino whether you know that you don't get paid as affiliate?

It's difficult to decide but i believe it's the best don't promote anymore and maybe redirect to another brand. We can only give a notice to players that they better play on other casinos.

I can't understand why this company don't pay their affiliates. They risk that casino will goes down sooner or later. If they would pay meanwhile outstanding commissions then it would help them also to sort out.

It would appease webmasters a little bit and not put this company on the blacklist but we have probably no other choice.
