The crux is that casino players will paid. You can't blacklist Omni Casino if all works normal.

You could warn players. It's obvious they're facing financial problems. In case of a big win, players have the risk to not get paid.

An email I received from the owner of the company in May 2018:
My name is Kevin and I am part of the ownership group that operates OMNI Casino, FLY Casino and Caribic Casino. I received your contact information from our Affiliate Manager Elliott.

It had come to my attention somewhat recently that your affiliate account with Focal Click has not been paid in nearly one year. I apologize for this unacceptable delay and am working with Finance and Risk persons to determine why this happened so that it may be avoided in the future.

I realize that you have worked with us for a number of years without any issues and Elliott speaks highly of your experience and integrity in this industry.

I would like to assure you that you will be paid what is due to you.

Unfortunately, I cannot guarantee an exact date for full payment. Our companies have been dealing with Banking and Accounting issues which are creating difficulties in performing financial transactions. I cannot elaborate much more at this time but we are working to resolve these issues as quickly as possible.

Again I apologize for this situation and we are working to resolve our banking issues. I will follow up with my team and I am hoping that we can find a way to move some funds to you outside our regular channels if possible, I know this is not the ideal situation but it is important to me and the company that we start getting your balance paid one way or another.

If you have any questions or would like to discuss anything with me, please let me know.

Hi guys,

what a surprise after several months. Focal Click has started to pay the owed earnings. We received ours yesterday and i hope you will get yours also within the next days or weeks.

Of course it's now easy to say, "we said we would pay someday"

The question is if it works now again normal or whether we must expect that it will happen again. I'm willing to change the status from warning or not recommendable into under observation.

It's good to hear that some are getting paid. I'm amazed at how long some affiliates will stick with an affiliate program that doesn't pay. I've heard just about every story and excuse that you can think of from the affiliate programs. Some ended up paying, and some promised to pay but ended up disappearing.. never to be heard from again.

Unfortunately it happend again that FocalClick (Peak Interactive N.V) is not paying. Yesterday i got the message that Elliot has left the company. But the problem wasn't Elliot, the problem is that Peak don't pay. Surely he did his best and tried to solve as many affiliate related issues as possible but it became overly frustrating.

Now today i sent an e-mail to support but it returns because the recipient's mailbox is undergoing maintenance and can't accept messages now. Very funny.

We always liked their brand Omni Casino but i'm not sure whether casino still pay on time. Focal was under observation but they don't pay. There is a pending payment and already a new one. But through pending all is blocked.

I find enough is enough and if we get not any reaction about outstanding payments, we are forced to blacklist FocalClick finally. In order that not more traffic comes from Omni we will also redirect the casino.

We are talking not about big payments but through their actions they destroy themselves at some point. For us it will be not a big loss.

I think their a well cooked-goose by now.

The email received by remocomp from Kevin (May 2018)... reading between the lines, seems to point to a freezing of their funds. Usually, player deposits are received via a different account (even a different processor/s), than the account used to pay winners, affiliates and other business costs.

Agreed, Elliot was only ever an employee. But, like the owners, I'm pretty sure he too was receiving his monthly pay cheque (check). If he's now left - maybe they stopped paying him too. Either way, I would think it's time to yank their casinos.

According to his linkedin profile, he's still currently the COO (chief operations officer).

NB - The chief operations officer, is one of the highest-ranking executive positions in an organization, comprising part of the "C-suite". The COO is usually the second-in-command at the firm, especially if the highest-ranking executive is the chairman and CEO.

A few endorsements and reviews about this guy on his Linkedin page. Not sure he'd want anyone to know the company he still works for (who is still paying him), is screwing over their affiliates, and possibly their players too.

Wouldn't surprise me, if he's actually one of the owners of Peak Interactive N.V.

2 years later I still have around $10k in owed commissions.
I tried to reach Matthew today via Linkedin, let's see what happens.

Don't bother. After Elliott has left there's no one to talk to.
I tried Matthew, Kevin and their general support@focalclick.com with no luck.
They can't even pay tens of thousands to their partners, for a casino this should be peanuts.
Do not promote them you will not get paid.

Focal Klick has paid the requested amount for january 2020 but i'm sure they have manipulated the stats because the balance for new earnings after february withdrawal are now showing only the amount for february.

3 months with earnings are missing and not listed.

Following up on my earlier posts in this thread where I was warning people about this operation. We still have a 5 figure balance that we have been trying to get paid for what must be 3 years now. When Elliott was there we got loads of big talk followed, if we were lucky, by a tiny instalment maybe once every 6 months. The last payment we received was in February and they decided to take the piss and send us all of $285. Since he left, nothing.

unfortunately, we have similar problems with FocalClick

we worked with them for 3 years and during this time no commission was paid
we stopped advertising their casinos, but the amount of debt has a 5 figure(
I wrote in support, but there was no answer
terrible casino, I never recommend working with them
