Hello,

We ask for help from Affiliate Guard Dog team to solve a small matter with Gypsy Partners.

We noticed an error in our commission versus our statistics of the month of April. We made revenue for them and a commission amount should have been around 1000€. For some reason generated revenue was not calculated and the commission was set wrong.

They admitted the error and told us they will fix it in a bit. For now nothing has happened and all we get is excuses. We are trying our best to salvage the partnership but receive no help from them. It would be great if you could contact them and maybe we can get this situation sorted.

I’ve had almost exactly the same problem. Last year I struck a deal with Gypsy Affiliates a hybrid deal. Four months ago I noticed that for some brands either no CPA or no revenue share was being paid. I informed several affiliate managers at Gypsy Affiliates about it. They then spent two to three weeks “looking for the problem.” I was told the issue had been fixed and that all amounts would be calculated and then paid out.


The calculation of those months (five at that point) dragged on until the beginning of June. On 11 June 2025 only two out of a total of six months were credited—and all the others (the ones with the larger sums) were ignored. The person who credited those two months to my account needed all of five minutes! When I asked what this nonsense was about, I got little more than hot air. Two weeks later no one had yet bothered to finally bring this mess to an end.


So it’s either deliberate, or fraud, or nobody there really has ten minutes to authorize payments that have been outstanding since 12/2024. I can only warn everyone against working with Gypsy Affiliates in any capacity. If you do work with them, demand payment up front because you won’t see your money later.

Hi @PauloP please note that we will reach out to representatives and inform them about your complaint. Since the deal is hybrid, we are not able to mediate more then that. It became challenging for us to determine whose right in these kind of deals, where fraud can be a concern and performance metrics may be hard to evaluate.

Hello @MissExposé , the amount itself is not disputed at all. The affiliate manager calculated the missing amounts himself and assured me that these would be credited before the next payout. Well, that was about three weeks ago. Since then, on 11/06/25, two out of a total of six outstanding months have been credited. Nothing has been credited for the remaining four months, including the revenue share.


It took Gypsy Affiliates about five minutes to process the credit for the two months – this is visible in the system. Crediting the remaining months would have taken a maximum of another ten minutes, but this was not done. The affiliate manager told me he had informed the so-called payments department to prioritize this matter. However, no one is actually doing that.


This whole process has been dragging on since early March, and there is no end in sight. So this is not about disputed amounts – it's simply about the fact that there are people at Gypsy Affiliates who do not take their job seriously or simply have no interest in performing their duties, resulting in us having to wait half a year for our money.

Thank you @PauloP for clarifying this. I understand and am sorry this occurred. Let's see what they'll have to say. Hopefully this will get resolved soon.
