Gypsy Affiliates shady terms and conditions

We would like to inform anyone who works with Gypsy that they have added a shady paragraph to their terms and conditions. They have brought it up against us today. The paragraph is as follows:

"8.4. A CPA is paid to an affiliate for each player whose bet amount at least equals the amount of the established CPA or the equivalent in other currencies, if the transaction does not have additional conditions such as baseline or others."

This essentially means they can increase the BL to CPA amount any time they want, which is funny and inadequate.

I gave them my middlefinger a long time ago - would never work with such programs that retroacrive update their terms from bad to worst.

Hi all. Just created an account to ask about this.

Do all of the affiliate programs have such terms and conditions so they can just decline to pay us? Company im working for (can't disclose the company name because of obvious reasons) has nearly 2 years of experience and we also had such situations. But the amount was small and we did not have resources to go after it.

Lately i see a lot of complaints popping up in AskGamblers and here. So i asked the legal department to review all of our partners' terms and conditions. Seems like none of them have such paragraphs like Gypsy affiliates. Are we missing something?

Btw, we were planning to work with Gypsy but after seeing this we are hesitant. We have also read complaints in AskGamblers and from all the data that has been provided it seems like Gypsy is kind of trying to swindle the guys?

@menace_474 thank you. Those who work with them should read their Terms and Condition daily. They can refuse to pay affiliates commissions whenever they want. Don't trust the deals you agree to on Skype!
