Just a quick update on my situation... My AM wanted screenshots to prove what I was saying, which I didn't have. And because of that, they most likely won't be doing anything more for me. Last contact with my AM was 2 days ago, when he wanted to arrange a phone call (instead of explaining via email).

I had the screen shots which showed the difference on income but did not do any good anyways since the ID was duplicate in there. From what they told me is that the 2 id's were assigned to same player as the one id was from way back before they changed system. I did find in old files that it was indeed Id for the player years ago...

What I wanted was mgs export on both ID's so I could compare play on those days to see if it was exactly same each day. I was only given screen shot on one ID and other one they said was pointless since it was wrong.

I was told this only effected affiliates on classic model

I am seeing something odd. My dashboard is showing 112 less in earning, then what my break down of earnings show. Since I have nothing in negative these numbers should be same.
it isn't a lot but just they should be same since no casino is in negative.

FA is a joke. They refuse to be transparent with their statistics and just expect affiliates to keep pumping them new business. I would run away from this program along with all of their "sister" programs as fast as possible.... who is that now, hmmm? Every MGS casino except the Rewards group?

I dropped them like a hot potato but that was a while back. This "oh lets hook up a telephone call to chat about it", Bullshit, really started to annoy me. That and the fact I don't trust them as far as I could throw them, was the decider for me. They may not be bending you over now BUT promote them long enough and they will!

There's still the 32Red group but... As excellent as they are to me as a VIP, I did some calcs a few weeks back. In 7 years, promoting them full on for 3 of them, on multple sites, my total commission amounts to a tad over $33K. About $4.7K a year.

I make more than that with some programs in a single month.

Seeing they have the $10 no deposit now, contacted my AM askimng if they would send mailers out to ALL my players who had signed up but not deposited. Thinking the $10 freebie might get them to drop a deposit. Answer... We don't do that here. End of story!

I've asked other programs the same question and they're happy to do it. In fact most think it's a great idea and add a little extra to sweeten the promo.

Edit: Can't help wonder why it's a BIG no no! That mentality kinda pisses me off because I've stuck with them for years, earning sweat F#ck-All and now when I ask a simple request; no skin off their proboscis, well...

Well either they don't do retention (doubtful) or they don't want you to be part of it (i.e., they don't want to give you commission). This sounds EXTREMELY sketchy to me.

To be perfectly frank, when I was told to the effect of, no-way-hozay, I was flabbergasted.

These aren't UK players, they're AU and NZ. So AFAIK, 32Red's hands aren't tied to any marketing/promotional mandate enforced by the UK license.

I tried to look at their stance objectively but I simply couldn't find a valid reason why I was told "no". Oh and for the record, "we don't do that" (words to the effect of), doesn't cut the mustard!

Not yet, but I ended the month with a negative balance so it doesn't really matter. I took screenshots anyway, just in case they they pull some new stunt that I hadn't considered.

I find it extremely draining and tiresome, having to ponder all the possible contingencies, which could leave me shafted, if I don't. No affiliate should have to take screen-caps etc to essentially 'Keep the Bastards Honest'.
