If ANYONE has some screenshots (take multiple over the next few days)... that look odd, please post them here. All I keep hearing is that some really strange stuff is going on. We need to keep the images to show what is going on (This includes all the linked affiliate programs like Fortune Affiliates, Brightshare, Buffalo Partners, etc... ). Post, post, post. Even if you have to shade out some stuff - post it here and keep the main copy for yourself.

I would like FA to explain exactly how this stuff is happening. I would like to see how their algorithm can do the things it is doing by 'mistake'. I know how to program and there is no way it is possible from the things I have seen to have been a simple programmatic error. It is too inconsistent.

I have 2 issues at fortune that I am trying to get a answer from AM about but since she is at conference it is difficult.

1. first issue happened on 29th where a player that has been playing since 2010 and won this month big all of sudden had another account ID which was showed same sign up date but first deposit on 25th. As the player played on new account ID and lost the original account ID would go more in the negative exact same amount. So far I haven't received an answer on why or how it is possible to have 1 player with 2 account ID's under same casino. AM said there was a bug in system as they upgraded to add tax into system. I see on gpwa we have different reason for stats (migration)

2. Clawback - I need someone to explain this to me because doesn't seem right. Had winner in Dec, I was neg for the casino 3700 so didn't get any commissions for that month. The win was deducted from commission however the clawback was full amount of win. So what they other players lost was not deducted from clawback I just lost all that too.
Jan I have big winner and again same thing no earning off other players but full clawback of win.

On Dec winner they did play back clawback but no earnings off player so they play exact clawback to the dollar back? Since they hide the stats off the high rollers we can not see what they did. Based on this players previous play I doubt they only played back win.

1. First Player issue screen shots.

Date signed up
dateplayersignedup.png

2 players same country, same date signed up, different purchasing date, different figures (by the way the second player they said was glitch and disappeared after updates on stats)

as you can see above I only had 1 player sign up on this date but 2 id's in stats
2playerslaterinday.png

Feb 1st before they took system down- same 2 player ids bonus amount same on both

here is something a little more interesting..
First screen shot notice the dollar figures
dup2.png

Now next one was a bit later in day and notice dollar figures

30.png

on second player if you calculate the amount that went down from 24,051.44 to 10,353.94 and add that to the first one 51675.46 it equals exactly the seconds neg balance of 65,372.96.
So how is that possible.. I don't see how a bug or whatever they are calling it can do that.

If dup was just a bug then all figures should be same

There have also been entirely made up statistics at Roxy Palace in early September 2015 which they say were the result of a "manual update" that had to be done. The take-over by 32Red was already announced at that time but I do not know who had legal ownership of Roxy before the actual merger of the affiliate programs.

Considering the countless complaints about Buffalo, reports such as above about Fortune Lounge, the silence around BrightShare and the happenings at Starpartner over the past years, all of these Microgaming groups have at least one factor in common: They are operated by CyberGaming Consultants based in Malta's infamous Villa Seminia 8. It is an open secret that there are very close ties between the ownership of these groups.

I have said this before already but I highly valued some of these casinos for many years from a customer's point of view (Spin Palace, Royal Vegas, Crazy Vegas, River Belle...). A decade ago their services were second to none and it has been very disappointing to watch their reputation going down so badly.

I hope someone from Fortune Lounge will comment on these statistics.

This whole issue sounds super creepy guys, I have to say it looks like there was a database collision, I don't blame anyone but looks like ...

I am still waiting for the missing $2,500 to be returned to my account. I was told it was being investigated, but that was last Thursday. Since then -- radio silence.

Maybe they have been investigating it 24/7 for the last 6 days -- who knows.

Instead of answering questions in forums - they are taking this approach:

FA said:
Reminder: Should you have any concerns about reports, please contact us so we can look into it immediately for you. You can do so by either contacting your Account Manager or emailing support@fortuneaffiliates.com.

Thank you,
The FA Team

A big 'cop-out', imo

I think they waited for everyone to come back from conference. Which was late Monday. As far as what they fixed for me this month it is possible it was a manual fix as she said they might have to do that. Which was take player out of normal stats while in high roller status.
Private responses are still not answering questions on how or why it happened. Just that they did an update on 29th caused issues.

She also said payment run is on hold until they sort out the issues from what happened last month so they know all payments are correct.

But they also don't show what each player withdrawals. You'd think that would be a fundamental must-have for 100% transparency. Do any aff programs show this, I can't think of any.
RTG ones do ;)

Back on topic: I haven't noticed anything strange with my stats.

The only thing I have noticed is their affiliate reporting system is fucking SHIT!
Who designed this piece of garbage???
When I look at the Rev Share report, it's so deep I can't get to the scroll bar at the bottom - WTF is all that empty grey space for???
And then the first 15 or so columns are BLANK (unless you expand each casino) - you have to scroll right to see the $ figures - by which time you can no longer see which casino they relate too.
And you have to use several different reports to get all the information - why can't it all be on one like the IA systems?
Crap like this really gets on my tits! (In case you hadn't gathered that).
[/rant]

Have a nice day! :)

LOL -- I agree with KK, their affiliate system (and Brightshare's) is trash. They really should switch to NetRefer, Income Access, eGass, or MyAffiliates.
