So I had been assured several times that bitcoin withdraw are now instant. I submitted my request yesterday and they ignore all my inquiries as to why the status is still at the "requested" stage. Initially, the "accounting dept" was being blamed. There is no question as to if should get the money on their end, they are just not paying and not responding.

I deposited 50 and once I met the minimum 2000, I tried to cash out.
They replied to my inquiries at first but I am just getting ignored and my status for my withdraw remains at "requested" stage
