I discuss about this on skype and the answer is
"If its not converting remove the casinos"
and
"We have sent email to the brand manager to review the leads and see if they can see any reason why no conversions yet"

Not so sure that is a serious affiliate program .... ;)

I don't have the best results with them, they are ok.

However i think Paul is one of the best affiliate managers.
And for me this reply is exactly what i want to hear from AM - 1. trying to do something active to convert. 2. if doesn't work - not BS you with "keep us, move us, new LP, it will work later and sh*t".
Straight and honest.

DM is a hit/miss for me. TBH, I've never been fan of the "free chip" (regardless of which casinos offer it). I target a completely different market, and player. However, with all that said, Paul is outstanding, and a true gentleman of the industry. Known him for years, and nothing is ever too much trouble or hassle.

I'm awake a lot (legacy of my time-zone and working this industry for years). Unless I send Paul an email at some crazy hour for him, I almost always get a reply within a hour or two. Even sometimes on weekends. Not many Head's of Affiliates, will go to such lengths for their partners. I'm definitely appreciative of Paul's unyielding dedication, honesty, and genuine friendliness.

Just wish I could make more dosh with their casinos :D

Been thinking of applying as an affiliate with Deck Media for a while now. This just sealed the deal for me.

Yes they are a good program and Paul is a nice guy, but their treatment of players of late leaves a lot to be desired. We've had consistent repeated complaints of winnings being voided, almost always for breaking the max bet rule on a bonus. They do nothing to enforce these limits in software and the bare minimum to inform the players of these limits (i.e. bonus fine print only). They are utterly ruthless and without any form of consideration when it comes to enforcing the rule.

For example: most recently one player mistakenly made less than 20 bets of $7 which was 50c over the $6.50 limit at one of their casinos. She knew there was a limit but made the mistake because it is $10 at all their other casinos except for this one. These bets were made after she had already won nearly $4000 and she lost money on the oversized bets. She has had accounts for years at several of their casinos and publicly recommended them to people on our forums. Nevertheless they used that as the excuse not to pay.

Another guy a while back did the same thing after a big jackpot win of more than $10k. He got excited and saw he had about $1100 left of bonus wagering so he increased his bets to finish it off quickly and lost about $700 at a RTP of 39% while wagering that $1100. He actually did them a favour by not sticking to the limits. They refused to pay though after much back and forth I was able to convince them to give him $2500 in compensation. The jackpot was not returned to the pool.

There have been several other complaints we have received recently. It has left a bad taste in my mouth. If you care about treatment of players you would be doing them a favour by warning them of the ruthless application of this policy.

That's some bad news. I've seen many complains also as I was trying to make a fair idea about how their treat players before writing my review (our ranking positions are up to players). Doesn't look good, hope they start having better practices because looked like a good casino for affiliates (it MUST be also good for players). That, and also solve the license, they do not seem to be following the guidelines. I do not even know if they have a valid and active Curaçao license by now. Anyone?
