Date - First Dep. - Deposit - Withdrawal - Chargeback - Commission
2016-01-06 $0 - $505.00 - $0.00 - $0.00 - $17.50

I thought it is like this deposits -/- withdrawal - chargeback = commission
(505-0-0) x 35% = $176.75 ?

No, your commission is based on NET GAMING REVENUE - not how much the player deposits!

e.g. Player deposits $500, plays for a while and loses $100. But then does not play again before the end of the month.
The NGR is $100 - you get 35% of that.
If he comes back the next month and blows the other $400 - then you would get 35% of that.

I am one of these types of players: I often deposit somewhere and leave money in my account for weeks, or even MONTHS at a time. A few times I have completely forgotten about it, and left money in casino accounts for YEARS!
(This is because I play a lot of different casinos and jump around from one to another a lot)

Hi inspiration

Thanks for your message

Our system is currently missing a 'banned deposits' column in the stats. I have already asked tech to add this so stats make more sense.

Banned deposit is where a player is banned and money from deposits refunded due to fraud/risk related issues. As you already had earnings on these deposits and they are now being refunded, the earnings are removed (as with all RTG casinos).

Once the column is added, your stats will make complete sense. Apologies for the current confusion!

Hi slotplayer

A note has been made to send payment next month as per your request.

Again to clarify payments:

-All wallets over $50 are sent automatically very early in the following month (normally around 2nd)

-Wires and other methods are paid out automatically once they reach $1000+ without fee. You can request payment on amounts of $350 and above with $50 fee anytime and payment will go out with the next batch.

Just to confirm and avoid any confusion we pay on:

deposits - withdrawals - chargebacks and banned deposits x rev share % = earnings
Now I'm confused too!
So you're saying commission is not based on Net Gaming Revenue like most other casinos?

So say a player deposits $1,000 on the last day of a month - doesn't play and doesn't withdraw...
You pay the affiliate (1000 - 0 - 0 - 0) x35% = $350

The next month the player comes back, wagers his money once or twice with no profit or loss and withdraws the whole $1,000.
You've made no money at all, incurred costs for the money transactions AND you had to pay the affiliate $350!
Seems like an odd system to me.

Am I missing something?

Hi KK,

Its calculated on:

deposits - withdrawals - chargebacks and banned deposits x rev share % = earnings

Its been like that since the end of 2012 when we offered one system for all products (RTG, Topgame, Rival, WGS), it was the simplest way to calculate earnings in one affiliate system when pulling data from 4 software providers. This is of course good for affiliates.

NGR is not applicable here.

I can see the "banned" deposits again as there no commission for it.

What puzzles me is that there are no banned withdrawals that do not affect the commission into the red.

So either way the money is bad but obviously good enough to get withdrawn.

This does sound the alarm bells for me..........unless I am completely wrong and dillusional

Hi inspiration

Thanks for your message.

We have found an issue affecting a handful of players who were banned and then for whatever reason reactivated by support. It seems some of these players deposits are registering in your account (which is great) but you may not be seeing earnings calculated on them, as the system thinks they are still banned.

This bug has been fixed today. It could be that your account was affected. Please can you send your username so we can look into this and fix any missing commissions on your account.

Hi All

Thanks for your messages

We are working to fix this going back.

Please note this is NOT all banned players. This is a handful of players which were banned and reactivated. Upon reactivation the players activity continues to show on your affiliate account but the system did not calculate the rev share on those deposits as it believed the player was banned. This is NOT all affiliates, this is a handful of cases which will be fixed and paid.

Feb invoices have not been generated yet and we were unable to pay online wallets yesterday until this is fixed.

Will keep you updated.

Hi All

Stats for Feb have been fixed, we have also worked out money owed to each affiliate affected going back as far as October 2015 when the system launched.

Each affiliate (only those affected by this issue) will receive an email today about this. The missing revenue (Oct - Jan) has already been added to your Feb earnings. Your stats for these months will also be fixed soon.

Invoices have now been generated so we can work on payments.

@ inspiration - Your stats for Feb are now fixed as per the above. We will email you soon with regards to the rest of the missing money from Oct - Jan. This has been added to Feb invoice, you can see this by going to accounting and opening the invoice. It will be listed under 'Bug Fix (Oct 2016 - Jan 2016 - Banned Player Issue)'

Thanks for all your patience with this guys
