this is going on for month, BP knows exactly what the Affiliate was doing all the time

I don't even think they will shut them down because they brought them a lot of Players

just buying time

I will say from now on, a year later the site will still exist

There was speculation in 2012/2013 here at AGD and the GPWA that SpinPalace/Wagershare were indirectly involved with site hackings. The SEO company who is a subsidiary of Spin Palace Group had more than a few fingers pointed at it.... If these speculations were true, it seemed 3'rd party hackers were hired to perform these jobs.

At the time WS/SpinPalace claimed it was rogue affiliates.

However lets not forget Wagershare were busted for lying about mailers (err spam) which in the wash it eventually came out (via a screw up) this spam was not being sent by rogue affiliates BUT WS/SpinPalace from their own servers.

When I select a few lines of text from my sites and do search in Google I find a lot of hacked sites with land pages that advertise Spin Palace, Jackpot city etc.

I have asked BP to stop this affiliate but they do not wish to respond.

What do you think shall I report this to actionfraud.police.uk/ cybercrime department ?

The are not just copying the first line of text on your sites as they have in past. They pick different lines of text throughout your page which does cause issues in google. You may find it is the first sentence of each paragraph, last line of text on your site. It is not enough posted in one place to trigger copyscape and only way to really discover is by searching your text in google. The worst part is that you can change your text and a week later they have scraped it again.

I know I keep harping on about ZB Block (which is FREE) here but it stops these harvesters, bad bots, script kiddies etc etc at the front door. If you use WP it's a single include line added to wp-load.php file which protects your entire site and does so before WP even loads ;)
http://www.spambotsecurity.com/zbblock.php

Used it for 18 months or so and apart from a couple of my Brand Names being peppered throughout BH pages, the rest of my content remains untouched.

Good idea but seeing your not in the UK, they will tell you to report it to your local police station, who then go through Interpol and they report it to actionfraud.police.uk. Meaning nothing will happen. That's the problem with these things, the laws meant to protect the victims, aid the criminals.

There are way too many sites hacked for this to be manual process. Hence I'm sure botnets are used. Google need to step up to plate here and do something. If these pages can't get listed or are flagged within 24 hours, then the cash-flow is stopped. Stop that and the motivation is lost.

I wanted to give Spin Palace a chance to show they have changed but obviously not since I see all their brands listed on some of the hacked sites and Spin Palace on everyone. Now I will have to consider removing all BelleRock (buffalo partner) brands as well since the data they collect is probably being used against us. Trust is important which there is none with wagershare. So guess time to start pulling links.

Andrew answered questions in this thread BUT haven't seen hide nor hair of him since the curly questions were asked. Being told by programs, rogue affiliates have had their accounts closed etc etc, is imho, in most instances, just lip service. These sites are STILL active and the links STILL go to Buffalo Partners casinos. It doesn't take much to figure out that these rogue accounts are STILL very much active.

Disappointed sums my feelings up.

Oh and BTW Andrew's last comment was made 2014/10/10 (last Friday). Where is AGD and why is another affiliate program ALLOWED to ignore us. I thought these notifications were in place to prevent this happening and if it did, then there were breaching rules o_O

Pretty pointless having a system in place which does sweet FA.

The affiliate account I mentioned for which Buffalo stated it was closed and the hacker had to remove all banners/links, is still open but with the new Buffalo Partners affid.

e.g. gmkin.org.uk/slots/media-player-with-sd-slot.html

Have we been lied to BP ?

Have we been lied to BP ?

Site and links are still active only aff ID has changed... Hmmm what do you think!

Though given ONLY six (6) AGD members including myself and yourself (inspiration) have commented here, I'd say that gives a pretty clear indication that most affiliate don't give a rats ass.

Hell for all we know this affiliate could be Wagershare/Buffalo Partners... just sayin

just google this

"online-casino-suite.html"
"online-world-casino-directory.html"
"internet-casino-listings.html"

they just do anything to get traffic

I think they use more website names than we think.
There seem to be countless hacked sites on the net

satelspain.es/gambling/online-casino-dealer/bwin-online-casino-forum.html
satelspain.es/gambling/online-casino-gambling-forums.html
nottoolateshow.com/slots/beste-online-casino-forum.html
hsmcdigshistory.org/slots/texas-merchant-account-for/no-deposit-casino-forum.html

They also use our name ....
chapterscapistrano.com/casino/bonus-paradise-casino-forum.html

Hope to see a reply here from Buffalo ASAP

Also, search for your meta description in google, your site name with space , without spaces, add gambling or forum to it etc.

And do a search for such a hacked site like i.e.

site:satelspain.es casino
site:satelspain.es gambling
site:satelspain.es forum

This is very possible. They do track where traffic comes. Spin Palace has been on all of these sites.

Only thing you can do is let the site owner know they been hacked. Giving feedback to google about the hacked sites might help, who knows. I think this would take a lot of complaints.

I said it ages ago, be careful.
When long time trusted programs start screwing their partners over, you can be pretty sure they're also shafting their players too. The industry is going to hell in a handbag, least it seems for most Microgaming casinos it is.

amishcf.com/slots/casino-bonus-guy-2.html ,sent the affiliate links to my fortune manager will update thread when I get reply

royalvegascasino.com/aff/1200geo/btag-P35953-PR115-CM13078-TS48520/

That's nothing like the Btag I have for FA, I'm sure it's nothing like the Btag any of us have for our FA affiliate accounts. Looks a lot like a tracking code a 3'rd party marketing company would have... just sayin!

Cynical maybe but I'm of the opinion, these hacking are NOT affiliates as we led to believe. Point in question, AffActive claim they have disabled the offending affiliate account which was hacking multiple sites. Yet, this affiliate is still hacking fresh domains and adding the identical LP to them. Clearly the AffActive hacker is still active and this casino program is making money from illegal activities.

A few years back these MGS casinos such as FL, Belle Rock, Palace Group et al would never pull FU clauses on players. Sadly now it's second nature for them. It seems these places will do what it takes to keep making money. To what lengths they'll go to achieve this is anyone's guess.
