how can it be a platinum program when they have terms like this?

As reglatory bodies like the UKGC take hold and, affiliates demand transparency, the gaming industry either complies or it will be forced to.

This highlights areas within the industry, that have been allowed to continue, with, lets say a 'wild west mentality'.

Point in question, paid affiliate sponsorship.

Sites who foster this business plan, may find themselves skating on very-thin-ice, if programs they accept paid sponsorship from, are not adhering to the Acceptable Conduct Rules/Conditions used as a Code of Conduct for these paid affiliate program sponsors.

Hypothetically, an affiliate(s) may well believe that because program X is a paid sponsor, it is held to a higher standard of compliance. In doing, and going on the Code of Conduct which most, if not all Aff forums have in place for these paid sponsors, an affiliate(s) get ripped off!

I'm surprised no affiliate(s) have taken legal action thus far, against loss of income, due to these fake seals per se.

If I was in that boat going forward, I'd be making it my prime objective to ensure ALL paid sponsors are operating ethically. That nothing they do, could come back to bite me in the ass, with a legal law suit.

One would think AGD had higher standards.

I'm starting to review all terms and conditions of programs I work with and to be honest, Im finding a lot of ugly shit, specially stuff like this where the program has the right to remove my deal if I stop promoting them. Many of these are also white listed here.

My experience has been the same and I can also track it back to when they changed affiliate plat forms. The account manager refused to walk through any calculations specifics that I had from players with screen shots etc. All he would say is that he had gone through this with someone at my company a year ago and this is why he would not go through specifics. I tracked down e-mails and talked to the previous manager in our company and he confirmed that it was never explained. I am positive that something is up with these guys. The fact that they will not explain themselves or the calculations should be an indicator. Lots of revenue and then lots of play but always negative and refusal to explain themselves.

Hello everybody,

We are frequently checking this forum, please rest assured.

As previously mentioned, considering that your claims are related to your personal collaboration with GoWild Affiliates, the only way we can address them is if we have a clear picture about who you are and what exactly is concerning you.

For this, we are kindly asking you to send us an e-mail at team@gowildaffiliates.com or a private message through this forum, mentioning your affiliate username and as many details about your concerns/claims as possible. We have been in contact with every one of our partners who has facilitated this, and we are determined to continue our conversations with them until we a favorable resolution for both sides.

The GoWild Affiliates Team is attending the Amsterdam Affiliate Conference between the 12th and the 14th of July. We would be more than happy to meet any of you face to face and further discuss anything you find relevant. Otherwise, we will do our best to answer all of your e-mails and private messages during these days and we will be back in the office starting Monday.

Have a great week.

Dear GoWild Affiliates Team,

This problem seems very general in nature and it would make sense to address the issue in public so that potential affiliates such as myself can better determine whether your program is worthy of working with in the future. As this thread stands, it would seem you are not. Maybe with some public explaination my mind would be changed along with many others who happen upon this thread.

Have a great week,

If anyone is in Amsterdam, I highly recommend making a meeting with the team at Go Wild, they are trying to be communicative. IF you ever attended a conference you are well aware of the massive hustle and bustle of it all. Please show some patience.

Just to be clear, are you condoning your paid sponsor's refusal to answer on the boards here and instead responding secretly via PM or in one on one meetings despite this being a general topic?

If private messages, emails, etc would have been effective when we all have raised concerns with them, then this topic would have never come to the forums. Considering there is multiple people seeing same issue it appears something is very wrong and it is not a isolated issue. Dating this back to when they moved to the new system, it really looks like many affiliates lost their players on move (untagged to affiliates).

Let me rephrase then in hopes of getting the more substantial portion of that question answered.

As an AGD rep, are you condoning the paid sponsor of this forum's refusal to answer on the boards here and instead responding secretly via PM or in one on one meetings?

Don't go after my moderators -that is ridiculous behavior. Ask me. I'm the owner. I've also recently posted, so please feel free to read that as well.

As far as GoWild 'refusing to answer' - they have already contacted me and are awaiting my response. Not atypical behavior at all - and once I have this all figured out, it will be posted - rest assured.

Hello everybody,

We understand that everyone’s concerns are related to a drop in the earnings on their affiliate accounts, at some point of our collaboration.

We are sure everyone here can understand that different partnerships, with different traffic sources can have significantly different reasons for experiencing a decrease in performance.

To make sure that each of our concerned partners gets clarity on this matter, we need to discuss private information, covered under our privacy policy and which is also protected by the AGD public forum rules (statistics, e-mails etc.).

If you then wish to publicly share the conclusions you drew from our private conversations, it is your right to do so.

We want nothing more than to resolve all of your complaints, as long as they are legitimate. However, it is impossible for us to do so without knowing who the concerned partners actually are AND without having enough details about what actually concerns them.

Only one of the forum members who posted here actually legitimated himself as one of our partners and has started to provide us more details regarding his claims. We hope we can get to a resolution soon.

We are expecting your e-mails and PMs. We will start addressing them from Monday onward.

What is ridiculous is accusing me of going after someone. I asked a question. There are differences between asking questions and making statements. I was looking for clarification so that I understood her post better (before reaching a conclusion) because of the way it sounded to me.

This e-mail from Go Wild is like the 8 that I got while dealing with our account manager to figure out the play of 6 players that we are 100% sure should of delivered revenue. Pleasant, Polite, long, a real sense of concern and and wanting to solve the problem but lacking any real substance. I exchanged 8 e-mails and had one call with my account manager and I was met with a refusal to explain calculations with screen shots from my players and excuses on why they would not. It could of been as simple as explaining the play of one player that would of saved hours of e-mails and a lengthy call. (funny that this is after they told me they would not explain in an e-mail because it wasn't efficient and wanted a call instead) If anyone actually gets any real explanation from them on the calculations and the play, let me know because after investing a lot of time I didn't get anywhere because they really didn,t want me to know what was going on. There excuse was that they explained an issue to someone else months ago and that it was clear then so no point in giving me a simple explanation. Let me know if anyone makes out better than I did! All very odd!
