Beware of gowild affiliates and their manipulating statistics

hello

This guys and their rev share system has been suspiocious to me for a long time. Mostly of the time, statistics there are in negative, almost every day, each month.

Last time i finally made some profit/earnings with them (guess what, iz was a few months ago) earnings has dissapeared from the system. It wasnt at the time of their daily update, it dissapeared for some period of days. It has simply vanished. Did i get some information from them? No. I had to contact them and they said they can contact me over phone to explain me what has happened saying it was some glitch or something like that. Why their glitches happen only when i am in positive but never had happened when i am in negative (and i am negative all the time). Why they couldnt simply reply and write down email?

Today at the time of their regular daily update (arround 11pm utc +01:00) i saw finally positive net revenue earnings ~5k (last update 06th july). Happiness didnt last long. After an half of hour 5k was gone, last update date has moved back to 05th july. It took some time to get back statistics with the update date of 06th july. After that it wasnt positive 5k, it was negative! Has someone contacted me about this? No.

I dont know your experience with them, but sending them more then 100Ftds overall with €200 overall earnings i simply dont trust them.

@Onlinea - my advice, dump them. Way too many discrepencies with this mob. As Falseadom states, when they moved to the new system, everything went to sh#t. I used to (being operative word) make income (not a lot) but something most months. Now, I can't tell you the last time I receive commision from them. Like you always in the negative.

Given GoWild are an ADG paid sponser, think it's about time that sponsership status was review...just sayin!

They have an affiliate system that is rigged. The hole world is rigged. I'm rigged #MAGA

I just joined this forum but some of you guys seems to have a bit of a trollish behavior. Instead of taking an offensive tone why don't you try to communicate in a civilized manor. If you did you could actually get somewhere.

GoWild has a program that works for me and I trust them.

I have not noticed any changes in my earnings so I am thinking it is not fair to call a program out unless you have definite undeniable proof something is going on. They took off the Microgaming and added
so many other software providers to market and make it so we are not so country restricted anymore. I changed my marketing plan with them and am doing just fine.

When you have a large database of players then they move to a new system and all of a sudden as soon as they move almost all quit playing. You know something is wrong. Having a month or 2 of winners wiping out commissions happens when promoting just one casino but not 11 months out of a year which went from thousands to a couple hundred on that 1 payment.

To say that there are shitty rogue operators out there is an understatement. Just feel that GoWild is not one of them.

Btw why do you need me to pm you? everything should be logged in your system unless someone has been manually altering statistics in a mentioned timeline. why your system showed today last updated data (06th july) 5k net revenue, then this amount dissapeared showing data only to 05th july, then updated again to 06th july but this time with -4k lower net revenue?

If you've just joined AGD, then I suggest you spend some time going back over ALL the GoWild threads. There you'll find all manner of questionable antics from this program.

There's a point where coincidences, accidents and, even Murphy's Law starts to look suspect. If you were well versed in the unethical stunts this progam has pulled over the years, maybe then, you wouldn't be calling AGD members "trolls" ;)

Ironically, your intital post's statement, sits well within the guise of "trollish behavior"... just sayin!

Oh and btw, I think you got the act of 'Flaming', confused, with being a "Troll"!

@Mattias - If GW are an upstanding aff program, when did they sneek the retroactive player quota into their T&C's? More importanly, when did they intend to inform AGD et al, of this change? At a guess...This play quota would breach their AGD paid sponsorship.

The above player quota has an 'option' to deacrease commissions. However they don't actually state (include) what "lower" actually means... Maybe this is why some affiliates aren't being paid anymore - GW has dropped their commission to 0% o_O

Affiliates who joined GoWild before this player qouta, were promised a commision % for life.

If a casino, or for that matter, any business/company, when they decide XYZ isn't making them money, and if replaced with another Brand, that Brand would make them money, 99.999% would discontinue promoting that product, service, whatever. GoWild would do exactly the same thing. You can bet your bottom dollar on that one!

Affiliates operate business's too. If GoWild isn't making 'US' money anymore, then it's the affiliates right to drop that casino and, replace it with a Brand that will make them money. These quota terms are nothing more, than, a means to force affiliates to continue to promote a casino, even if that casino has stopped being a viable business options for said affiliates.

Over and above this though, these "player quota" terms, give an affiliate program, carte blanche to do what they like, even if that means (legally in their minds) to steal the earnings of affiliates, who, for whatever reason, have decided it is not longer viable for the business to keep promoting GoWild casino et al.

The player quota also affects 'small affiliates' too, or affiliates just starting up in the game. Do they not deserve to paid an agreed commission? After all, it's affiliates who are sending GoWild NDP's. Should they not be paid commission on these player(s) loses???

Of course they should... But GoWild clearly doesn't hold that ethical belief. Instead, they retroactively change the T&C's, to hedge their advantage. Doing so, lines their pockets with, reneged on past agreed promises to pay affiliates "revenue for the life of the player".

If an eGaming entity chooses to guard themselves against a furture possibility, then do so. BUT... make those changes to ONLY AFFECT affiliates who sign-up after, the amended clause(s).

However, to makes changes and then to retroactively enfore these changes (player quotas) on past affiliate T&C agreements, is both highly unethical and very rogueish behavior!

@AussieDave – The affiliate agreement term you are expressing concerns about is there to protect our business from abusive behavior and is only enforced in extreme cases and only with prior written notice well-ahead of the change.

Considering that you mentioned you were/are one of our affiliate partners, I’m sure you are aware that it is impossible for us to lower your Revenue Share commission without you being able to see it. All of our partners have access to all the relevant player statistics, in a quite comprehensive manner, as well as access to their commission plan details and any changes that could have been made to it.

Stealing and protecting business interests in extreme cases are two different things. The change in terms is not a protection, it is a theft. You promised lifetime commissions of xx% for players referred prior to inserting that justification of theft. You need to deliver to all your affiliates said promised commission at the previously agreed upon rate for life.

I dont work with these guys, but how can it be a platinum program when they have terms like this?

lol imagine if I send players for 3 years every month then I drop them for 3 months, then they have the right to put my commission to 0%, seems very fair. NOT! Wonder how many affiliates already lost all their income to these thieves.

That says it all, you had too high earnings so they needed to add some more bonus cost! :rolleyes:

Simple fact is, they've added retroactive "player quotas" etc.
That, right there, breaches their paid ADG sponsorship, busting em' down to the Predatory Pit.

AFAIK, they didn't advise Andy or affiliates of this change.
(I never received notice, but they have no problem sending me program marketing, or requesting ad space, to 2x email addy's).

However, all this, is business as usual for GW - they should have been kicked ages ago!
