The company BetterPlay does not pay its partners.
Despite repeated inquiries and the passage of time, there has been no response and no payment.
Every month there are delays, and you never know if or when you will receive your payment.
It seems they completely ignore their partners and do not respond to messages.
Has anyone received payment for an invoice issued in February?

It's still pending here as well. I was told that they've forwarded a message to the relevant department.

They should also be considered for a 'Yes' status on 'Slow/Delayed Payments'.

They are now 36 days late. Technically, they should already be 60 days late, since they introduced invoice requirements this year and added a 30-day processing period, yet they still don't handle payments on time.

It looks like they have almost identical terms to LVBet/Energy (same parent company).

9.2.6. Betterplay Partners reserve the right to suspend the Affiliate’s account and stop calculating commission if invalid information or promotions are shown on their marketing sources. In such a case, if the Affiliate fails to reply to notifications from Betterplay Partners within two weeks, then the Affiliate Agreement will be declared null and void, any unpaid commissions will be confiscated and the Affiliate account closed indefinitely.

They can terminate your account if you don't reply within two weeks, yet they can stall on payments for months and everything is fine.

As outlined in our terms, commission payments are processed within 30 days from the date we receive a valid invoice. However, as stated in section 4.9, in certain cases we may delay payments for up to 180 days. This applies when additional verification is required to ensure that all transactions comply with our terms, including checks related to traffic quality, compliance, or potential irregularities.

These procedures are in place to protect both the company and our partners, and they may occasionally result in delays depending on the specifics of each account.

Please be assured that BetterPlay is a serious and established company, and we fully honor our contractual obligations.

Thank you for addressing this issue publicly. However, reducing it to additional verification is disingenuous. Last year, six of your payments were late and only two were on time.

This year, the delays are already bigger. You increased the terms from 90 days to 180 days to cover yourself.

I have worked with you and sent you players since 2020.
I have not changed my source of traffic.
The idea that you need to 'verify traffic' before every payment and delay it is nonsense.

So no, I don't think BetterPlay is serious.

Pragniemy zapewnić, że BetterPlay to poważna i uznana firma, która w pełni wywiązuje się ze swoich zobowiązań umownych.
To wyjaśnienie nie ma sensu. Co miesiąc masz problem z terminowym regulowaniem płatności. Faktury są weryfikowane do 7. dnia miesiąca i płatne do 15. dnia miesiąca, a mimo to nie dotrzymujesz terminów i nie udzielasz żadnych konkretnych odpowiedzi.

I’m not sure you’re aware that partners stay in contact with each other and share information. Suspending payouts, as you claim, due to a clause in the terms to investigate issues might apply to individual partners—but not to all of them at the same time.
So if you consider yourselves a serious company, stop giving such generic responses and start paying on time like other companies do. I stand by my opinion that people should be cautious when dealing with you.
