I would like to warn everyone against cooperating with Betandyou Partners and Casinoandyou. I had a CPA agreement for $100 with a 15-deposit cap and a 3x turnover requirement. Hold 21 I accepted these terms, but unfortunately, during the cooperation and after acquiring players, the terms suddenly changed.


They consistently refuse to pay commissions, each time providing a new excuse. If a player wins, you don’t receive a commission. If a player deposits $1,000 one day but doesn’t play the next, you also don’t receive a commission.


Communication is extremely difficult — the affiliate manager keeps repeating the same unconvincing stories.

I had a CPA agreement, and I didn’t receive any information about KPIs, which, in any case, are pathetic. My terms were as follows: a minimum deposit of $15, turnover x3, and a 21-day hold period. That’s it.

I brought in players who deposited over $17,000. The commission that was supposed to be paid to me according to the system was $2,547 – I received only $1,600. I was informed that I’m not receiving the full commission because players won and withdrew their funds, even though they met the agreed conditions. Why should I care about that?

Then came another made-up rule: a player must play for three days, or I don’t get paid – even if they deposit $10,000 in one day. And of course, all of this only comes to light after the fact.

Not only are you cutting my commissions based on your own internal rules – which I was never informed about at the start of our agreement – but even the commissions already approved by the system aren’t being paid out.

I’m done writing to Manager Olgha – she keeps giving the same templated responses. I told her months ago that what you're doing is unfair, and nothing has changed since then.

Either you start paying fairly, or we will do everything we can to make sure that all potential partners think twice before working with you.

I completely understand your frustration. However, the terms you mentioned, minimum deposit, turnover, hold period, and additional requirements, were part of an individual CPA agreement. The manager you worked with provided these conditions before the cooperation began, and, as far as we know, you agreed to them.
Regarding the payout, the amount you received was calculated strictly according to the terms of that agreement. We understand that some conditions may seem unexpected, especially in cases of unusual player behavior. However, these rules are clarified in individual deals, and in your case, they were also communicated.

And why the lies? My contract at Betandyou was as follows:

$100 for each player who met the conditions.

Deposit, turnover x3, 21-day hold, minimum $15.

And these conditions were met, and no commission was paid. These were the conditions I was presented with, no other, and there was no question of mockery, and I can prove it.

To me, you're a company that deceives its partners by creating whatever internal scams you like at any given time. 61 NEW deposits, over $17,000, and you haven't even paid $2,000 in commission.
