Baimo Partners dosen't pay - RESOLVED

Hello, Biamo Partners calculates commissions incorrectly and, worst of all, it does not pay them. Their manager keeps delaying and lately he hasn't been replying at all. We haven't received any payment since... August.

In regards to the payment, we were waiting for your payment details to proceed with the payment. As far as I know it is released already. Kindly confirm.
As for any faults with calculations of the commission - all the checks of calculations internally didn't reveal any faults. Could you please provide any info supporting your belief that the calculations are faulty?

There is 10 FTDs. And this is screenshot from manager:

8 FTDs. So something is wrong here.

Additionally (I can't edit post) we only received statistics and payout for september. It's February tomorrow. Information from the manager (24.01):

now we will calculate you for September, before the end of the week we will calculate you in full, after the calculation I will ask you to delete my article

Regarding your September stats - there is a difference in stats and the actual payable events, because the payable events were set with BL conditions. We just revised the whole matter and found the issue that might have caused the difference. We sincerely apologise for the inconvenience.
We double checked September and the report the manager sent you and the payment are correct (since the check was manual). In regards to October-January results - your AM will send you over the full report in a bit with all the explanations.
