Avoid Alpha Affiliates - €12,800 payment delayed by 18 days with no concrete answers

I am writing this review to warn other affiliates about my current experience with Alpha Affiliates. I have been working with them for 2 months, and I am currently owed €12,800.

My payment was supposed to arrive around the 20th of last month. Later, they changed the terms to the 25th-30th, but as of today (February 9th), I am 18 days overdue. My dashboard clearly shows the status as "Payment Approved" and "Wait for Payment", meaning the traffic has been audited and cleared. There is zero technical reason for this delay, especially since I requested payment in USDT (TRC20), which takes minutes to process.

Communication with my manager, Victoria, has been unprofessional. I have faced days of silence followed by excuses like "being sick" or "not feeling well," while the finance department supposedly ignores my requests. I gave them a final deadline for today at 4:00 PM CET, which they ignored despite seeing my message.


It is unacceptable for such a well-known network to hold €12,800 for nearly three weeks without any concrete payment date or TXID.

I strongly advise everyone to stop sending traffic to Alpha Affiliates until they prove they can pay their partners on time. I will update this review if and when I actually receive my money.

Still NO payment received. My manager, Victoria, promised on February 10th that the payment would be "closed within 2 days." That deadline has passed, and I still haven't received the €12,800 or a TXID.

It seems Alpha Affiliates is just buying more time with empty promises. I strongly advise all affiliates to stay away. I will continue to update this thread daily until the funds are in my wallet.

Clarification regarding my previous update:

To be clear, when I advise staying away, I mean until these payment issues are fully resolved. I have been working with Alpha Affiliates for months and I would prefer to maintain a long-term partnership. I am open to continuing our cooperation and sending traffic to other GEOs, but this requires a foundation of trust.

Currently, that trust is broken due to 20+ days of delays and vague promises. I am sharing this for informational purposes so other affiliates know the current situation. I am ready to move forward and settle this once the €12,800 is paid and communication with my manager becomes professional and responsive again.

I also want to mention that I continued sending traffic in good faith throughout January, which generated an additional €9,600. This brings my total pending balance to over €22,000. It is very discouraging to see such delays on my first payout when I have consistently delivered high volumes and quality players. I am ready to scale further, but first, I need the security of knowing that Alpha Affiliates honors its commitments.

They're also so low responsive to be honest.
