Are your Lucky Jar stats messed up this month?

My Lucky Jar stats have been all over the place this month, including being several thousand pounds out. Lucky Jar have made no contact with me about these messed up stats, other than replying to my queries - and even then, getting a straight answer has been like pulling teeth. The replies I've received (from Amy and Beverley) have bordered on dismissive. They even managed to send me another affiliate's stats by e-mail, and couldn't be arsed to apologise.

Lucky Jar - If your stats are messed up, you should tell me about it and explain what's happened, and when it will be fixed. Anything less is bloody rude and unprofessional.

I have sent them SO much traffic and have never made a dime which I find very odd so they are getting pulled from my sites..

We are sorry that the issue which occurred with the stats caused this much upset. We wish to assure you all that this is being looked into and will be fixed as soon as we possibly can.

At no point in time did we mean to sound dismissive or uncaring.

Indeed when it came to the stats which were sent by email, a glitch occurred with the automated mailing system which caused the data to be incorrectly distributed. As a matter of fact, it was FictionNet who brought this to our attention and allowed us to rectify the matter.

Once again we can only apologise for the inconvenience and rely on your patience and understanding in this matter.

And Lucky Jar STILL haven't fixed the stats, or bothered to update anyone about this. My own stats are inaccurate to the tune of almost $30,000.

I'll give you ONE more day, Lucky Jar, to fix this or update us properly. After that, you've lost me for good.

That's not a small stuff up, that's insane. You have to wonder how many affiliates do not even notice especially when the affiliate program itself is not communicating with its partners. Don't blame you for being frustrated.

Yes there is a glitch in the last column of the calculations in Luckyjar reports. The technical team is trying to sort this out. All the figures are coming through correctly apart from the last column.

We told you via email there was a problem and we said we would let you know when the issue would be resolved. Unfortunately it is still on going and I hope it will be done today. I was told last week that the issue had been resolved but it wasn’t.

Unfortunately these things can happen but be assured that we are recording all the data correctly and you will not miss out in any way.

We understand your obvious frustration over this matter. As per our email correspondence however and the posts on this forum, we acknowledged there was an issue and confirmed it was being looked into by the technical team.

Understandably we have received no updates with it being the weekend but we wish to assure you that we are following up on the matter.

As previously stated, these things do happen and are out of our control but we shall definitely sort out the matter.

Don't you think it would be better to disable logins, instead of showing stats inaccurate by more than $100k?

This has been going on for two week or so now. Have you even sent a mailer to all affiliates, letting them know what's happening?

And considering how messed up this is, it is NOT "understandable" that this isn't being worked on and updated on the weekend.

Dang, I hate to hear it was a glitch though. Was thinking you had maybe landed a big whale, which is a good sign for us all when one of us does do that.

I did once see $100,000+ in my stats, many years ago at RichWebMaster. Unfortunately, there was a big, fat minus sign in front of it.
