I’m posting this because I’m currently dealing with a serious payment issue with Alpha Affiliates and want to make other affiliates aware of the situation.
I currently have approximately €17,000 in outstanding affiliate commissions that have not been paid. The oldest outstanding amount relates to the period 15/06–30/06, and despite the significant amount of time that has passed, I still have not received the payment.( 3 months after )
What is particularly concerning is the lack of a clear answer regarding when the money will actually be paid.
I completely understand that some affiliate programs have payment delays , and initially I was patient and understanding about this.
However, the situation has now gone far beyond what I would consider a normal payment delay.
The affiliate manager keeps giving similar responses such as:
“I haven’t got updates yet. Let me check hashes again and push my colleagues.”
I understand that the affiliate manager may not personally control the payment process, but after repeated follow-ups, I still haven’t been given a concrete payment date. And this week they said they will pay till sunday but the payment was never processed. I am simply being told that the matter is being checked internally.
I even selected crypto as my payment method specifically to make the payment as quick and straightforward as possible. I also did not request an invoice from my company, but I have made it clear that I can provide one immediately if required.
Another important point is that the traffic I have generated is completely organic. There have been no fraudulent FTDs or registrations from my side. I have been working with them in good faith and continuing to generate traffic while waiting for the outstanding commissions to be paid. 600 registrations and 159 ftds.
Meanwhile, the players I referred continue to play and generate deposits, meaning the amount owed continues to increase.
At this stage, my main concern is not simply that there has been a delay. Delays can happen.
The problem is the lack of transparency and the absence of any concrete payment date.
I have documentation and screenshots showing the relevant information, including the outstanding amounts and communication regarding the payment situation.
Forgot to mention, that the payment simply disappeared from the referon dashboard, befora it showed as open and the value but now don´t show anything more.
