Alpha Affiliates is coming to London, but they avoiding partner payments

Since we sent them some traffic in April and early May, we've been struggling to receive our commission. Our manager never replied on time and never resolved any issues, not just those related to payments. After tons of messages, she told us there was a delay due to their platform - and disappeared again. We've been waiting for more then a month. It's been a week or so with no clear response from her.
And they are going to be in London with a booth.

I had a brief look at Alpha yesterday, with a view to writing new reviews. I noticed that at least one of their brands (Crazy Fox) is about to shut up shop. I've e-mailed Alpha for info...
