Alpha Affiliates delaying payments for 3+ months

We worked with alpha affiliates for a long time. But around 3 months ago we did stop. Now we still have active players so make revenue there. Since that moment payments are not comming anymore just excuses that it will be this week every week again. Still got 3 months of payments open.

Hello @ryudcb please note that last week was the week of iGB London Conference and a lot of affiliates participated, as did Alpha Affiliates. I will follow up with them on this matte, but i kindly ask you for your patience.

We have been working with them for a bit and must admit that their payments are not the fastest or convenient. Must ask repeatedly and notify the affiliate manager when a withdrawal is made. Why? Your system should pick up automatically. Currently we are owed and waiting for some funds as well. Might create another post if payment is not received soon.

Seems like ours are heading that way too... Since June €1050 + July €350 so total 1400 still waiting.

@ryudcb I have sent a reminder again. There is only that much as we can do. I have to say this was never the case with Alpha Affiliates.
