Affmore not paying - RESOLVED

Hi,

Unfortunately Affmore has not been paying us. Problems started in August 22, when the program has been part of EEG company.

Currently the outstanding commission is nearly 7000 euros.

So, they have not paid us anything since June 22 commission and ever since that we have been getting the usual "checking" and "we will pay as soon as possible" messages.

What indeed makes this more "interesting", is that they removed their brands from our GEO at the end of 2022, so we have been wondering, if they ever had any means to pay, knowing they are going to withdraw anyway.

Does anyone else have similar experiences?

They have serius problems with cashflow and getting suid by their former employ - also stocks have gone down really heavy last year.
Giving them time to pay and just cross fingers for the best is the only thing to do.

Im in the same situation. I've been waiting for my payment since November. My AM keeps telling me that there are "minor delays in payment". I've been asking for status updates without getting any reasons for the delay.

My outstanding payment is ~5000 euros.
