In looking over this program I don't see anyone getting paid...

Has anyone gotten paid from 7red?
Are their payments on time?

What about their tracking. Is it any good?

Meet us at the LAC and I will show you many affiliates who get paid on regular basis. Our payments are on time and tracking is live!

I have been paid several times (every time I did earn enough). 7Red says they pay you on the 15th, but I always had to ask and remind them.

One more thing: 7Red has 2 licenses now? I can see both, Curacao eGaming and LGA Malta, on their website ???

Thanks guys..

The part about have to remind them to pay... that killed them for me.

I refuse to do business with an outfit that won't pay on time, without me having to beg them for MY money.
I had enough of that with other programs to last me a life time.

I hear ya my friend! that's the last thing I want to do is chase programs that owe me money. it wastes my valuable time and is mentally exhausting.

I was paid by 7red but I had to ask. I love bet soft slots, there very cool. I just wish they converted better. but I'm still trying.

It is actually quite simple, if you make the minimum for wire transfer we pay automatically each month. If you haven't we do the transfer when you ask us for it. No affiliate ever had to ask twice in order for us to pay him so all this talk about chasing is simply not relevant when it comes to 7Red.

Hi Michael,

I went through everything that been said here, and I just want to give my advice based on your last comment; If Affiliates don't specify their payment method or did not specify on which amount to receive their money it is you that need to contact them before the payment date to remind them about the situation, and not wait for them to ask whats going on, I can promise you that you are not the only brand they promote....If you take my advice it will: A. it will show that you care B. it will show that your brand is honest C. you will gain affiliates trust.

What you did here until now is pushing everyone away.........

If we work hard to bring that player (money) you should do the same and make sure we get paid!

Wish you all the best.

Hi,

Your entitled to your opinion. I only said that we pay instantly on demand for some affiliates who don't make the threshold. Every affiliate who earn above 400 Euro a month we actually contact and ask for their payment details.

Our affiliate program got so many good sides and is extremely fair to affiliates so whoever is pushed away by the thought that he needs to contact me to get paid if he didn't make the threshold is either not a serious affiliate, petty or someone who is afraid of human contact.

I am not that fond of humans. (good diplomatic phrase to attract new affiliates im sure).

That being said, i asked the moneyperson to check this out. Sure as shit, in the 8 months or so we have been working with them the wire has hit our bank account on or around the 11th. Except one month when we were below their treshhold, we asked them about it and they explained we would get it next month. And we did.

Other than that, converts good and retains well. Seems that it is a certain kind of highroller that likes the operation, more of the 500+ euro a month guys. Seems the lowrollers dont stick around. This is just a gut feeling, dont have near enough players to be bombastic.

Cheers

Ok, so after eight pages let me summarise what's happened in this thread because it seems like a load of issues have been brought up:
  1. Contract terms stated players would be taken if promotions were not kept up. This has been resolved and contract terms amended. Correct?
  2. Payment issues cropped up but we can all agree that affiliate's are being paid on time when they've reached the agreed minimum commission amount.
  3. 7Red now seems to have two licenses - I'm really not sure why, but perhaps this can be explained?
Now the thread title has been set to 'Resolved' and with the first two issues above being fixed, is 7Red safe to promote now?!

Have I missed anything from above?

AGD stated quite a while ago that 7Red is safe to promote.

The new license allows us to advertise on TV and that is why we added it. This is actually a good thing for our players as more jurisdictions we comply with mean more regulation and player safety.

I'm also happy to announce that we just won the Best Slots Operator of the Year Award by GA.

Programs always change and do 'odd' things. Affiliates must always have the ability to pose questions in the forum to make sure everything is kosher. Sometimes affiliate's find issues AGD does not. So - even though our status for 7Red has been good for awhile, affiliate's must still keep us informed about issues.

Excellent, thanks for that information!

Awesome! Now - who is GA?

I want to thank everyone that answered my post.

Michael, I am sorry that this thread seemed to piss you off.
But to me this thread is very valuable.

I now know that if I spend MY time and MY money to promote 7Red, that I will get paid on time, that your back end is good and that your soft slots are really cool...
I also assume from his post's that Michael is the kind of guy that does not take crap... All good things to know. :)

I will be signing up for the 7Red affiliate program, as soon as I have time to add another casino.

the Gambling Awards thing is one of Calvin's little side projects. I don't know what jurisdiction where it is the 'official' awards... maybe in Calvin Ayre Land... lol

Michael.
I was just looking through the affy site - and I can't find the minimum payment amounts anywhere!
(Not in the T&Cs and not on the "Commission" page).

Please can you advise the minimum € for EACH payment method?
Also, how about adding this info to the affy site!

Cheers,
KK

Hi KK,

You are right that the T&C aren't on Cherry Affiliates and we do intend to add it there.

You can find these details on 7Red's Affiliate T&Cs. Minimum for wire is 400 Euro and for MB is 100 Euro.
