I was told by the AM for 7red that this clause will be changed. I have been promoting them, but if things don't change quicky I'm stopping.

And you are wondering this for what purpose? Just curious considering the timing of your post.

If a program takes months to make a change we ask for then yes it takes this long. Most programs make the changes asap so they are not marked predatory.

ok, I will tell you.... because I'm promoting them and I bought more sites and would love to add them to all of my sites, because I think there a great alternative to what's currently offered for US Players, but I don't want to add all kinds of links and banners until. you have approved them.

I asked because you posted the same thing I was asked in an IM by Michael and within a couple minutes... since I hadn't heard from Michael in awhile, I thought it seemed suspicious.

That has been done before by other programs and I was curious if that was why you posted... no disrespect intended.

Update:
I did get paid all I was owed last month 2/11/11 via wire - Actually it only took a few hours to reach my bank. Fastest wire I ever received.

I apologize for not updating you on that but we were waiting for all the marketing materials to be uploaded before we send a newsletter to everyone.

We're working with "Cherry Affiliates" now. Whoever wants to keep using the old program can still do so. We're not forcing anyone to change UI.

I'm a little confused: 7Red (Affiliates) says

The standard commission rate is 35%. There are no negative carry-overs.

The Affiliate is encouraged to apply for higher commission rates once s/he has proven to have earned 2,000 EUR or more in commission over two consecutive months. (Earned commission is the commission that 7red.com Affiliates owes the Affiliate.)

The increase of commission rates is at the discretion of the affiliate management and shall be a maximum 10% increase at a time. The maximum commission rate is 50%.

But on the other hand Cherry Affiliates has only 30% base rate.

Cherry Affiliates works on a scale of 30%-50%. We are obligated to our affiliates and they will receive 35% as their minimum rate on the new program.

The TOS may change in the future to 30% however any affiliate that signs up prior to that change will receive 35% as base rate.

Has anyone gotten paid from 7red?
Are their payments on time?

What about their tracking. Is it any good?
