Hello guys!
I want to share some info with 24kaffiliates.
I want to aware you that they don't pay and affiliate manager Erica Larkins lying every day when I'm asking about payment. I'm still waiting payments for June and July.
One day my manager told, that she manually processed payment, then I asked to send pop she didn't send it per week.
Last time she told me:
"Erica, 11:19 PMI've been assured the payment will.reavh your account on the 15th of its not please feel free to write the forums"
But they didn't send payment!
So I think that we all need to stop promoting their brands.

Just got confirmation from manager, that after writing this, payment was made!

Hi, I would just like to make a comment, Typically most affiliates have payments set to automatic request. this can be done within the system, However should payment be set to manual then a request has to be made, if not within our cycle which ends on the 10th then commissions are rolled over to next month. This is what previously happened to this affiliate.

With regards to this months payment it was sent (We have proof) on the 17th (due to it being a weekend) and not once we saw this thread as claimed above.

This post was designed to cause maximum damage it's libelous with the keywords used and is completely unjustified as we have kept to all of our rules.

It's absolute lie!
Payment was requested on time, but they ignored me while I made post here.
Now it's same situation, I requested payment last month, got confirmation from my manager Erica 'its in process, and will be made by the end of the month'. But they didn't send payment and manager Erica is ignoring again.
Does anyone are promoting this scammers?

Well Im happy to show the moderators here a proof of payment (with sensitive information removed) from which we sent last time along with dates payment was requested, We are not in the business of destroying our name for a few euros. We have a large amount of affiliates and 0 complaints WE aim to help all of our affiliates and if you have any problems it's always good to speak via mail first incase of some kind of error or mistake, you can even direct message me here should you wish and I will reply directly, However making false claims using damaging keywords is not a great way of building working relationships.

On Monday 24k manager Erica told me that finances sent payment, then I asked to send proof of payment. She promised to send soon, and after that she is ignoring me.

Hello guys.
After writing to this forum I received email, that my payment was processed.
But there is another problem. My bank can't load switch payments without copy of proof of payment. My manager Erica read my messages, but ignoring me and don't send copy of proof of payment. I write private message to member 24kaffiliates, but didn't receive any reply. So it looks that 24k affiliates is BIG problem for us.

Hi all,

We do not have any issues with any other affiliate and it's the same thing every every month. It is the affiliates bank that is the issue and unfortunately that is something we cannot fix. It has happened for the previous 4 months. We make the payment and his bank requests further information before they add the deposit to his account. Each time the affiliate gets aggressive.

My bank can't load switch payments without copy of proof of payment." - The affiliate receives 2 emails from us - the first is that the payment has been requested and the 2nd is confirmation of payment. Happy to supply this information so you can see - it is the same as the affiliate has already received.

After today post, that my manager Erica don't send proof of payment and ignoring.
I received message

Herman, we will not be continuing our partnership with you. Please stop sending traffic. You publicly sought out to damage not only the company reputation, but mine personally. We do not supply proof of payment in any other form than what you have received already via email. We do not send sensitive financial information except to legal entities. We do not have any issues with any other affiliate like we do with you and it's the same thing every time. It is your bank that is the issue and unfortunately that is something we cannot fix.'

IF THEY SAY THAT THEY SENT PAYMENT WHY THEY DON'T WANNA SEND COPY OF PROOF OF PAYMENT??
Before that I always received copies proof of payments from them.
Via email I received invoice with confirmation of payment.
Also this payment is for July and August!
Guys it's normal from their side?
Can we work with affiliates who is ignoring and refusing to send copy of proof of payment?
