We would like to share our experience with xMark Affiliates and hear if other affiliates are facing similar issues.

Our company is currently owed tens of thousands of euros in unpaid commissions. Despite multiple attempts to contact their team through email and other communication channels, we have received little to no response regarding the outstanding payments.

What is particularly concerning is that xMark Affiliates appears to continue operating normally, recruiting new partners and promoting their affiliate program, while long-overdue payments remain unresolved.

At this stage, we strongly advise affiliates to exercise caution before sending additional traffic to their brands until payment issues are addressed and communication improves.

If anyone else is experiencing similar problems with xMark Affiliates, please share your experience below.

Transparency within the affiliate industry is important, and affiliates deserve to know who they are doing business with.

Good to see a representative responding here. In cases like this, the most useful next step is a clear timeline.

The affiliate should provide the account ID, invoice period, amount owed and previous contact attempts privately. But the program should also confirm publicly that the case is being reviewed and when the affiliate can expect a proper answer.

Payment disputes become much worse when there is silence. Even if the case needs internal checks, a clear update schedule helps keep things professional.

no reply from Cindy yet. I will keep this thread updated with all the information next days, depending on her answer, if it will be one

Dear likeaG6:

I was unavailable yesterday, but I did reply to a message from an affiliate who reached out to me directly via chat. As I don't know your Affiliate ID and cannot confirm whether you were the person I spoke with, would you mind sending me your AID? This will help me look into the matter for you.

Best Regards

I just find it difficult to communicate with this group. I don't seem to have a problem
with any other affiliate program, but I can't seem to get the answers I need from them.

I inquired a few weeks ago about revenue generated through all of our accounts and
payments. Our last payment and invoice was early February. The newsletter says to direct
all payment inquiries to the payments e-mail address, but nobody ever responds from there.
So, we've been in contact on Telegram but its slow and I still don't have any real answers.

Their brands seem to have decent conversions, but conversions mean nothing if we
can't have decent communication and find out about payments on a regular basis.

Trying to get a response from them by email is like trying to get blood from a stone.

I am now owed for March, May and June. I got paid for April surprisingly, but March was still missing. My amounts are not huge.

I have sent over 10 emails since the beginning of June to both the payments email address and Cindy's email address. All with no response.

It is shocking how they show zero respect to their affiliates. This is supposed to be a partnership. With them it's a dictatorship.

The good days of these guys are long gone. Anyone remember the affiliate manage Mikey? He used to personally email me on the 1st of every month without fail, asking for my crypto address. Once sent, I got paid within hours. Now look at them!!!

On a side note, did anyone ever get notified about the change to their terms, specifically the minimum payout threshold being set at $250? According to their T&C's, it states:

"We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any provision of this Agreement at any time, at our discretion. Notice of such revisions will be provided to you formally via email"

However, I never got notified of anything. I have been with them for years and I know this threshold was never the case. If we have to abide by their terms, then so should they!

I remember Mikey, and he had payments out on the 1st or 2nd of each month. It was one
of the fastest paying programs at that time. I wish it was like that now, but its not even close.

I sent out the e-mails and even filled out the Google form that was in their newsletter this month for payments. I've now given up on sending the e-mails. Nobody ever responds. Cindy has made contact on Telegram, but I can't get any answers to our questions. It's the "I will check" and then I don't get any answers and no payment arrives.

If they can't update me soon and pay, it will be time to remove their brands.
