I logged into my account today and saw this message: "Your Account is currently Inactive as you have not generated a minimum of one new active purchasing player in over 6 months. Please see our Terms and Conditions for more information, or contact our Support Team."

1. Did anyone else get this?
2. WHERE exactly on the Terms and Conditions is there anything about minimum quotas?
3. Is it the affiliate's fault if the casino can't convert the traffic?

I just found the term: "7.16.2.2 If after a 6 month inclusive period no new active Customer are referred, then Revenue Share will be reduced to 20%. Once a new active Customer has been referred, the following month the revenue share will be increased to 25% revenue share, and then such revenue share will increase in line with the number of referrals set out in 7.16.2 above."

Yes, I love that it is your fault that they cannot convert players Maybe they should learn how to convert the traffic you send instead of penalizing you for it. Seems like misplaced logic to me - I will never promote places that penalize me in this way.

I am still owed £3000 plus from Wagershaft aka Buffalo Partners, thanks to them invoking the FU Non Promotion Clause several years ago. It is well documented on the forums here. Nice to see they have started dropping commissions and lots of nice players mysteriously having their accounts locked. :-s
