WTF is up with "AffiliateWide" taking the Bad Deposits - No Settlement: from the Direct Commission INSTEAD of the ANW?

It plainly states that the ANW = Deposits - Cashouts - Chargebacks

Bad Deposits - No Settlement is the same damn thing as a Chargeback!

AffiliateWide, guys..I'm really pissed off at the moment and I'm also really pissed off that my affiliate manager Steve is never on Skype or MSN...this is not how you run a professional business guys!

Myself and a hell of a lot of other folks around here had high hopes for you guys but you are really pissing in our coffee pots at the moment!

Hell, I can piss $339.00 before I've even had my first cup of coffee in the morning!

This is about the damn PRINCIPLE of the matter!

I agree. If they are taking the full amount from affiliates (instead of the rev-share percentage only), then they need to be rogued.

Maybe this is a dumb question, but how can you tell from the screenshot that this is indeed the case?

I think your anger is getting you confused.
If they take off 100% of the deposits from ANW it would be exactly the same as taking (Commission %) x the deposit off your total commission, wouldn't it?

    Hell No...lets break it down...

The ANW is the "DEPOSIT AMOUNTS" for ease of clarity..

Bad Deposits should come off of this figure, NOT the commission figure!

After those bad deposits are removed from my above screen shot you would see this....

    $1,130
    -292.50
    ________
    = ANW of $837.50

    ANW of $837.50 X 30% commission = $251.50 Direct commission

Guru, how do you know the $292 isn't actually your % of bad deposits? I understand what you are saying and your right, I just don't know how you can be certain the $292 isn't actually your % of bad deposits which is the way it should be.

I would be surprised if they made these deductions 100% from the affiliate commission instead of anw. Surely they realize we only pay our % of this mess instead of eating all of it. A little more transparency would be nice instead of just a final number.

Sorry Dave, you Kinda lost me there...can you be more specific please.

Anyway, the Total Deposits were $1,300 minus a cashout that brought the ANW down to $1,130

Well, for one reason it states the term "Bad Deposits"...that should be exactly WHAT it states it is...

If it stated "Bad Deposits Percentage Deduction" then that would mean something totally different as you and KK infer...

    But it doesn't!

Plus the other MAIN Fact I know is the Fact of who my players are...yep...lol...I actually know them and how they deposit and how much they deposit and by What Method they deposit.. at least the ones that have deposited above anyway... ;)

Don't ask me how I know that because I ain't telling!

Actually, now that I have thought of this a little more...it wouldn't matter anyway...

If and lets assume that the $292.00 is the total amount percentage of "Bad Deposits"...

IT STILL should come off of the ANW Amount and NOT the "POST NET Commission Amount"...there's no other way to look at it IMO...

Another words, what AffiliateWide are trying to say here is that the ANW ended up being $155.00

    $155 x 30% Comm = $46.50

So another words there were $975.00 in Bad Deposits according to AffiliateWide...I don't phucking think so...actually I know there weren't and AffiliateWide better get their a$$ in gear purdy damn fast here and try to explain this one off!

    $1,130.00 ANW
    -$975.00 in Bad Deposits...BULLSHIT!
    -----------------
    = $155.00
    X 30% = Net Commission of $46.50 BULLSHIT AGAIN!

Actually I think the $292 should come off of total direct commission if it is infact your % of bad deposits. The only place it lists bad deposits is in the summary and the only numbers in that summary are your % of everything. That's why it seems the $292 has to be your % of bad deposits. But if you know your players, what they deposited, how ect... then that tells a different story so I am with you. This is fcked up.

The problem is they are only giving us the summary of bad deposits. These deductions need to be included in the main reports so we can make heads or tails out of this. We need to demand Rival does this across the board so everything is black and white for us, no more guessing games.

But why in the world would you take a bad deposit/s of $292 off of the Direct commission and not from the Total Deposits Amount of $1,130?

I don't get your thought process here...

The way you are stating it, it would appear that there were still $975 in Total Bad Deposits...

That would be the only way what you state could add up to the Net Commission of $46.50

Am I missing something in your posts?
