Wrong Stats at Ultra Partners

Hey everyone,

We have an issue with our stats here.
We have RS deal 40% of NGR with Ultra Partners, that means a 30% effective revenue share.
There is only one player here so it's easy to see the daily results.
So at 10th and 12th this player lost his deposits in full and we got 30% out of them (calculations are correct).
Then, at 28th this player comes and play again and win, which is normal if there was a deposit and a withdrawal amount. Since there isn't one the player can't win without money on his casino account right? There is either something missing of the report or i don't want to think the other scenario.

Yes i already spoke with my AM about it but it seems my point was not clear.
The answer was that the player is active and he can win or loose.
Well, yeah players can always do this when they actually have money in the account....

Just now i received payment from Ultra Partners, with the wrong stats.

Guessing jerome is head of affiliates.

(oh dear bro - you had ONE job.)

+ doesn't it look sketchy when there's no linkedin page for a company - showing employees.
almost like they have something to hide..

I have more players in my account, so it is not so easy to prove anything. But I have a tracker with a player or a few players who constantly win - all the time, month over month. Just curious, can it be an issue with stats, enormous luck or something else.

Well it could be anything, not really sure. Regarding month after month negative we have a program with 1 year (!!!!!) negatives .

Seems jerome has updated his Linkedin profile. Though, TBH, what's listed as present/past jobs, would raise more than a few red flag for me about not only this guy, but also Ultra Partners...

I have already had similar problems with stats that we discussed here in february:

A player on a tracker that I never promoted was winning all the time, similar amounts like my comissions from the other tracker that I promoted. The player did not even register, never deposited, and he was winning and doing multiple withdrawals like that on and on. But my case was easier, because the suspicious player was on a separate tracker. If you have multiple players on the same tracker, you won't spot this oddity clearly. Anyway, on my account the oddity happened on my default tracker. It was the one I never promoted. It would be useful to check whether in your case it was the default tracker, too. That would throw some light on things a bit more.

I also had nopayment issues with them multiple times, catching the operator lying about fake reasons. I wonder how they can be in the certified list at all.
