Just another example of why you shouldn't work with operators or affiliate programs based in Israel. Why have we seen this same story over and over again over the past few years? It's totally corrupt, you have no legal comeback, and the people carrying out these actions will just be recycled in the industry to another Playtech brand that will eventually bend you over and shaft you from behind.

Sorry, but enough is enough, affiliates should boycot promoting such brands, or accept the risk that if you work with the sharks you're likely to get bitten one day.

I do find it very odd though that AffEurope have done this so suddenly. I mean, they're listed as attending LAC 2015 - http://www.igbaffiliate.com/events/londonaffiliateconference/sponsors

To do this they must have paid up their fees a while ago, unaware that they were going to shut down - getting a stand at LAC costs 20,000 GBP and the rest, so it's a significant amount of money.

I wonder if the AffEurope guys are involved in some sort of criminal investigation and the owner(s) have got on the next flight to Brazil or something? There are a lot of stories going around about them using hackers to infiltrate sites with ads, so perhaps they have finally have some action taken against them for dodgy practices. I only signed up, to see if they were still accepting New Players, and as it turns out they are!
Which tells me, closing the aff program, is nothing more than a cash-grab and way to steal affiliates rightful earnings.

Reiterating it's more than likely they'll open a new aff program.

At the end of this month December 31st we will close down all tracking links and no more new players will be accepted at the promoted brands (City Club Casino, Crown Europe casino and City Tower casino).

So why is the AffEurope signup page not only still active BUT also accepting new sign-up applications?

Many of the casino programs are out there. Ever heard of the phrase "thick as thieves"?, well they all work together and pass player data around and cross sell to your referrals, as well as skimming accounts, detagging etc etc. I've heard it first hand from Israeli Affiliate Managers at the conferences - the number of stories i've been told about really corrupt practices is terrible, hence we don't work with them.

Other affiliate programs, like 10Bet, will not tell you they're actually an Israeli operation, because they know it's bad for business, however they are ultimately owned and based there.

Some of the Maltese and Gibraltar programs are ok, but research them before signing up and throw them off your sites if they do not perform after a couple of weeks - don't give bad programs time to rip you off because this is how they operate - if they can get 3 months on everyone's site then take from you they're stealing a hell of a lot of money.

Stick with the UK if you can, but even then you've got companies like Betfred and BetVictor who employ people and are owned by people who worked for some of the most corrupt organisations in Israel previously!
