I have been contacting them for months now about the fact that my stats aren't making any sense.
And also that the minimum player amount shouldn't apply to me, since I am from The Netherlands, which they specifically excluded from it when they changed their rules.
Nothing. No responds, only customer satisfaction emails after they received my email.
How do you contact these people? It's absolutely ridiculous.
I have never had such bad experiences with a program in my life.
And such a shame, since when I started they where a solid program, paid on time.
