I have many (4-figure) players tagged to my account in Videoslots. However, I see way more volatility than in any other of the casinos I am promoting. Over 50% of the days of a giving month recently I see negative numbers. The swings are huge. And now when I am not able to see which one of the player that has won I have no tools to track what is happening to the players and which ones are winning. I can not see if they are playing after winning either. The bug has been there for many months and they are not fixing it and it is frustrating for me.
Usually, I like when players win at other casinos. That means that they like playing at the casino and that they will continue to do so. But in the case of Videoslots, I don't feel that way at all. Since the fees are by far the highest of any other casino I promote, the players need not just to lose their winnings, but to lose way way more for me to get the money "back". However, Videoslots does not have this problem on their end since it is us, affiliates, that pay for all the associated fees when a player plays the casino. No risk for Videoslots and a lot of risk for us. I don't like that equation at all. That is not a healthy/balanced partnership.
It will be interesting to see the deposit stats soon though. It will be easier to actually calculate ROI then and compare to other casinos. I am doubtful that the numbers will cheer me up though.
Since the silent introduction of the admin fee, Videoslots has gone from being one of my favorite affiliate programs to work with to one of my least favorite ones. I am spending more time, energy and frustration on Videoslots than any other casino out there.
I really hope we will see some good news from Videoslots soon. I just want to be able to make a good decision whether or not to continue to promote them or just drop them all together. For that, I need more stats and dedication from the affiliate team at Videoslots. I might be a bit naive but things might get better soon.
