I'm confused as to why Chance would leave in the negative carry over on poker but remove it from casino earnings. As a rule, the only negative from poker is a result of chargebacks or fraud. I would think that there would be very few instances where this clause would come into play.

What bothers me most though is that poker is being singled out in this case. As a poker affiliate (exclusively), I will have to pass. No sense being the poor cousin to the casino affiliates.

I am not an active poker promoter.
But how possible it is to have negative earnings with revenue share?

No Negative Carry Over for any products

    Hello Guys,

Thanks for your feedback and also for reviewing this clause. We do not have any negative carry over for any of our products. Poker was not included in that clause as revenue wise it does not have any negative figures, however your point as well is valid.I will add poker to the clause mentioned, so as to remove any doubts.

Be assured that we are here to give out the best offers and services.

If you guys have any more suggestions please do let us know.

    Hi,

Would it be possible to get a negative result if you have several players and they release ther bonus the same month?

    Hi there,

It would depend on the type of product and also on the kind of players. But it might be highly unlikely for Poker as the bonus released is based on the FPP's the player generates.

In Casino for example, there might be a possibility for a bunch of players to get the bonus released and at the same time win, which would greatly affect the revenues.

For Sportsbook, presently we have the first bet refund up to 25Euro. So if you look at the scenario where the first deposit was 25 and the wagered bet lost, and the 25Euro is claimed then effectively the result would be 0.

Hope the above brings some clarity.
