Everyone's got their own checklist before sending real volume somewhere new. Curious what actually matters to people here first – before rates, before anything else.
For some it's how fast a manager actually responds to the first message. For others it's whether the terms in writing match what gets said in chat. Some people just watch the first payout – size doesn't matter as much as whether it lands on time and without a fight.

What's yours? Is it something obvious like payout speed, or something less talked about – like how a program handles a dispute, or whether they explain their tracking instead of just pointing at a dashboard?
Interested to see if there's a pattern or if everyone's got a completely different priority.

First I check AGD if a program is considered "friendly" or "predatory" *rofl*

The first check is the history of the partner or the people behind them (we have the resources and extensive contacts to verify this).

The second check is how the partner treats players, i.e., a secret test through deposits and withdrawals. Additionally, we check publicly available reviews, including complaints.

If a partner is completely new (without a history), we always give them some time to prove themselves. In other words, such a partner is placed in a so-called sandbox until we thoroughly test them and their performance shows promise.

In summary, we would certainly never fully commit to a no-name project with no history, especially one that has many red flags in its T&Cs and hides important parameters and commission calculation statistics.
