Due to these terms:
"If the Affiliate demonstrates low or no promotional activity for three (3) consecutive calendar months - including, without limitation, a lack of communication with the Company and/or engagement in referring New Customers - the Company reserves the right to implement corrective measures. Such measures may include, taking into account the nature of the Affiliates operations, historical performance, and previous communication:
a) adjusting the current commission plan tier available on the platform; and/or
b) reclassifying the Affiliates status from NNCO to NCO; or
c) terminate cooperation with the Affiliate.
The Company shall provide the Affiliate with written notice prior to the effective date of any such changes.
If the Affiliate fails to take corrective action to improve performance within one (1) month from the date of the written notice, the Company may implement the adjusted commission structure without further notice. If the Affiliate subsequently demonstrates improved activity, the Company may review and restore the previous commission arrangement at its sole discretion."
