Can't remember. However I suggest people research the Marie Van Wyk jackpot rip-off before working with this program.

In response to the various forum posts claiming that Grand Reef Casino is owned by the same company that owned and operated African Palace Casino and Indio Casino some years ago, we feel that it’s necessary to make everyone aware that this assumption is, in fact, incorrect.

Grand Reef Casino is, and has always been, wholly owned by Rand Logic Gaming. As many players and affiliates can attest, this brand has established itself as one of the premier players in the competitive Australia and New Zealand markets, and has operated with the credibility and integrity befitting an industry leader. As part of Rand Logic Gaming’s intentions to expand its horizons into new markets, it announced, in May 2011, the acquisition of the African Palace Casino and Indio Casino brands from First Grand Gaming. Even more recently, Grand Reef Casino has launched an aggressive expansion strategy into other English-speaking markets such as Canada, the United Kingdom and Ireland. This is already proving successful, and will ultimately form just one part of a more complete growth plan.

Indio Casino was subsequently relaunched into the burgeoning Indian market in late 2011, and has quickly become a renowned brand on the subcontinent.

Since its withdrawal from the South African market and purchase by Rand Logic Gaming, African Palace Casino has been largely inactive, although its new owners believe that the brand has enormous potential as an exotic gaming destination for players from around the globe. Although both of these casinos’ (Indio Casino and African Palace Casino) e-gaming licences are still in the name of First Grand Gaming N.V., the ownership of said licences firmly belongs to Rand Logic Gaming and the licensee name has only been retained for logistical reasons.

Whilst we respect that affiliates will always have an opinion on the credibility of online casinos and affiliate programs, we have felt it necessary to clarify this issue, so that it does not unfairly hamper the reputation that Grand Reef Casino, Indio Casino and commission365 have worked so hard to build. We also look forward to adding African Palace Casino to the stable and to rebuilding that brand’s reputation to be comparable with our other products.

I was specifically told by employees of this affiliate program that it was run by the same people that ran African Palace - at the time of the refusal-to-pay-a-jackpot-winner incident. Difference in company names notwithstanding, I believe them as it was nothing to be proud of (though they did not seem to care).
