We had a written agreement in place stating there would be no negative carryover. Despite providing evidence of this agreement, the commissions have still not been honoured.
They also introduced a rogue term requiring 3 FTDs before payouts, which was not part of the agreement when we originally signed up and was never properly communicated or agreed to on our end.
Communication has been extremely poor throughout. Eva initially responded and said she would try to help get the commissions paid, but then stopped replying entirely. Adam was also shown the written evidence regarding the no negative carryover agreement and chose to ignore it.
Very disappointing experience overall. Based on our experience, written agreements and prior terms do not appear to be respected, so affiliates should proceed with caution.
