Me too! It makes me look difficult to work with and I'm not. I warned multiple times that if I could not get action though that I'd be pushed into this, we do have a responsibility to our bills etc, and of course RB should have contacted me much sooner if I was accumulating that kind of money since 2004 and not getting paid! Anyway I'm glad this is taken care of. If a moderator wants to mark this as resolved that is fine, I'm not here to be a jerk. Does

Hi Bernie,

I have to chime in here because I don't see any reason why you should be apologizing. because you want what is owed to you? that's not being difficult. or a (a jerk) as far as I'm concerned. you held onto your end of the bargain, which is you sent RB players you made commission, and you should be paid no if ands or buts about it. no need for excuses on there end.

Hey Matt
Don't waste your time with them, they will spin you heaps of BS and at the end of the month that's all you will have to show for your time. They must have a huge Google Adwords budget but when it comes to giving us money forget it. I have been using them for years and i am mad enough now to start pulling them off my sites for many reasons. I thank all concerned in these posts for getting me thinking about all the things that seem somewhat fishy at this place.

Can I ask who your manager was?

I ended up being contacted by Kevin who was great and set me up on a nice rev share deal for 3 months and I placed there adds in prime spots.

I have emailed them several times as my earnings last month went from almost $300 down to $53 (which has already been paid) and I cannot see where or what happened to 1 of the players that was generating me most of the income.

I tried emailing Kevin a couple of time's and now I am trying to get in contact with Cobus as he is listed as my aff manager. Will see how this goes.

Let me know if you get a response and I will do the same.

Cheers

Matt

I signed up with them a few months ago and noticed tracking issues right from the start, didn't move on with them since then.
Seeing this I will only work with them through prepaid flat fee deals.

They are old so if there were tracking issues one would have reported this already IMO, are you 100% sure?

I am also not doing much with them mostly clicks LOL

I don't know about their history...
I am simply referring to the following: When I signed up with them I told them they were going to be placed on a English casino portal, before that I added them without notice on a German trafficked site and monitored precisely 11 clicks (7 from Germany, 1 Switzerland, 3 Austria).

Their statistics showed 4 clicks from the USA.

That's all I've tested with them, enough reason for me not to promote them.

We've been wondering same thing. Some months, earnings and stats are just totally wiped out to zero.
Opens, actives, revenue...all 0.00 eventhough there already was traffic (registrations, depositors and positive revenue) in the past two weeks. Only that remains the same is downloads and visits.
We don't have much traffic to referback sites anyway cause we've dropped the promos ages ago (except Epoca).

Hi there Casinofoorumi,

Could you give me the month where this happened to your stats please.
I would like to dig into the data and find out why you saw this happen.

Regards,
Shane

That what my stats just did within the last couple days, there were registrations and revenue a few days ago, now that's all 0 and just visits and downloads are left.

Hi there Perc,

When there is any work done on the report server or anything occurs which would show incorrect stats the site defaults to zero's till it is up and running again. This was thecase the weekend of this post.

The reporting was restored during the course of the weekend and your stats should have been back to normal by the Monday.

If this was not the case I would be happy to look into it further for you.

Regards,
Shane

referback reporting

The stats reporting is a laugh just totals no detailed player information.

Hi there Inspiration,

I agree that we have lagged behind in the reporting arena, not from a lack of wanting to be more transparent but having been focused on ad serviing and other tools to assist with acqusition of player.

We have however started on refreshing our reporting!

In a week we will be launching a Daily Acquistion Report which shows daily acqusition and purchases per casino brand.
In addition we will be launching a new Campaign report which will also show the full acqusition stream down to purchases.

In the next few months we will be rolling out more useful and transparent reports to give our affiliates greater insight into the players they send us.

Its been a long time coming but we're only days away now!

Hi there OCPortal,

We recently made changes to how we viewed visitor data, we initially used to consider the user browser language as an indicator which sometimes led to the incongruency you mentioned.

We have addressed this by changing over purely to IP for these reports.
Please take a look now and let me know (shane@referbackaffiliates.com or post here) if you still the same incorrect allocations.

We are in the process of updating the scripts on older reports and launching brand new ones, over the next few weeks, which give a granular view (down to purchases) of player acquisition and behaviour.

Regards,
Shane

Hi Shane,

Can you please also include the country of each player in the new reports? (Along with the name of the casino that each player/country is associated with, otherwise the data isn't useful.)

Thanks in advance...

Hi there GamblingGuru,

Thanks for the heads up.

With regards to certain amounts not appearing to carry over in the reports, this is due to the nature of the report.
It is not a record of payments made, it simply tallies amounts due.

When the amount is over $50 is deems it a high enough value to be paid, and doesn't roll over to the new month.

Any amount under $50 is written into the "balance brought forward" section and added to the next month until $50 or more is the total in any given calendar month.

Cobus has updated your details as requested, the reason for the delayed payment was due to your information on record still having been Check, which we cannot send to the USA.

As soon as he has confirmation of processing from the Finance department Cobus will be in contact to give you an update.

All the best,
Shane
