This post serves as a formal public record of an ongoing commission issue with the Bets.io affiliate program that we have been unable to resolve through direct communication.
Our concerns with Bets.io predate the platform migration.
Prior to the migration taking place, we had already not received commission payments that were owed to us.
The migration has since compounded the situation, our affiliate account was not migrated correctly, and NGR accumulated on the previous platform is not being reflected or commissioned under the new setup.
What Happened
We had outstanding unpaid commissions with Bets.io before the platform migration occurred.
When Bets.io transitioned to a new platform, the migration of our affiliate data appears to have been incomplete. The NGR from our previous account is not being recognised under the new system, meaning the commissions owed, including those already outstanding prior to the migration, have not been calculated or paid. We raised this with the team as soon as we identified the discrepancy.
Contact Attempts
We have reached out multiple times across several channels, including Telegram and email, to flag the issue and request clarification. So far we have not received a reply. We want to be clear that we are not looking for conflict, we simply want the situation acknowledged and addressed.
Current Status
The unpaid commissions remain outstanding and the post-migration discrepancy remains unresolved. We are publishing this post to create a transparent record of the issue and to give Bets.io the opportunity to respond publicly or privately. We remain open to resolving this directly and hope to reach a straightforward solution.
