Hi everyone,
We’ve worked with vPartners for many years and have generally had a very positive experience. Their team has always been responsive, payments have been fast and we’ve deemed the RevShare model to be one of the better ones, also based on the audit here on this forum.
However, we’ve noticed some changes in our statistics recently that we haven’t been able to fully understand. We raised the matter with our manager, but the answers received (RevShare Formula) weren’t very helpful.
The main change appears to be a significant increase in reported promotional costs, particularly for FieryPlay (previously VulkanSpiele), although we have observed similar changes across several other brands. In some cases, these costs are producing negative NGR despite substantial deposits and positive GGR.
Comparing the reported promotional costs with deposits in 2025 and 2026, we see the following approximate ratios:
We understand that bonuses and promotions represent a cost and may be deductible under the RevShare model. However, we would like to better understand what is included in the Promotions column. For example, does it represent the full face value of bonuses credited, or the actual cost after accounting for wagering, expiry, cancellation and confiscation? We are also unsure whether there has been any change to the way these costs are calculated or reported.
If bonus costs are truly that high, then why are there so many bonuses given? Who’s to benefit from it – clearly not me.
This post is not intended as an accusation. We are simply trying to understand whether other affiliates have observed similar changes in their statistics.
Has anyone else working with vPartners noticed comparable increases in promotional deductions?
Thanks!
