In the end they did the right thing but that's how it should have been all along.

Being cheated out of your commission by retroactively changed T&C's, is 100% scam.

VS have proved they are lying rats. Rephrase even rats have higher morals and ethics than VideoSlots. They are crooks, and there is no justifiable excuse to treat the people like this, especially affiliates, who send them players.

Quotas again.. some affiliates target high rollers which get noway near the same volume but higehr revenue.. actually most casinos are built from the low volume high value players..

UPDATE: I have received an email from Videoslots reassuring me that the issue is solved and payment will be sent by the last day of this month.

......but one day later and my dashboard still says disapproved so I will have to wait and see

This bloke is one lying snake. I recall KasinoKing approaching him (VideoSlots.com CEO) at LAC. Mr A put on a gala performance, claiming, he wasn't aware of the missing stats, and vowed (promised) to look into it.

Talk about taking the piss.

A couple of business associates making a call at 3am to the CEO's Malta residence, with some strong words of encouragement, on why his company should not steal from affiliates (or players for that matter), would probably work wonders... just sayin.

All jokes aside... Pricks like this see affiliates/players as merely blips on a screen. Bit like a drone operator sitting in a bunker 10,000km away, and using that drone to drop bombs.

I know that's not much comfort, and doesn't replace the money stolen by this crook and those like him. But justice/karma does happen. It happens more often than people think or know

Another update! A different affiliate manager emailed me and said that the payment wasn't processed due to a lack of banking information. Upon checking the payment details in my dashboard I can confirm they are all there and are the same ones used for previous payments. I re-sent the details and have been informed that May commissions can now be expected by the last day of August. I am beyond frustrated at this point.

I'm struggling to understand why their systems are set up such that they can only initiate payments once a month. There's no way to manually initiate a payment, especially overdue ones?

All they have to do is press one button.

We promoting VS for a long time but now we have to admit that it doesn't make sense anymore.

The decisive factor is the fact that they can now only pay CPA regarding german regulation.

What annoyed us, however, is that they will not pay out carried over earnings (not reached the minimum) which was earned before the new german regulation is started and before account will change to CPA.

I’m sorry to let you know that we are legally not allowed to pay any commission which is in relation to revenue share for German players, no matter when this commission was made.

In case there is any change in the future when it comes to that point, we will obviously pay for it retroactively though.

Final update: I'm pleased to confirm that my May commission arrived today in my bank account. I appreciate everyone's input and discussion and want to give a shout out and thank you! to Affiliate Guard Dog (especially MissExposé), and Ali and Kim at Videoslots for seeing this through to the end.

I do hope Videoslots reconsiders some of their policies around quotas and minimums as they are a serious roadblock for smaller affiliates such as myself.
