Due to these terms:
"6.5 If the Affiliate does not attract a minimum of 10 (ten) New Users within 9 (nine) consecutive calendar months, the Company has the right to change the terms of cooperation, reduce the Commission, suspend the Affiliates account in the Affiliate Program, or unilaterally terminate this Agreement with the Affiliate.
2.20 If the Affiliate Account remains inactive and no withdrawal request is submitted for a continuous period of 12 months, we reserve the right to classify such an account as dormant. In such cases, and subject to applicable laws and regulations, we may suspend the account and withhold or forfeit any outstanding Commissions after providing prior notice to the Affiliate.
6.2.1. If the Affiliate claims the Commission after the 6 (six) months from the date of occurrence of this Commission, EVERNESS GROUP LIMITED reserves the right to pay this Commission within 6 (six) month after the receiving of the Affiliates claim (the whole amount or in parts at the discretion of EVERNESS GROUP LIMITED)."
