We have been working with Traffic Cake for several years, and until recently, we believed our partnership was going well. However, three months ago, we launched their new brand, Twindor. In doing so, we uncovered a major discrepancy regarding our first brand with them, VOX: we had been misled on our deal structure.
While our agreement was explicitly set to NNCO, our account was kept on NCO the entire time. According to our calculations, this misconfiguration resulted in a direct loss of €1,542.18 to us.
On July 15th, our affiliate manager replied and confirmed that they would recalculate the earnings and refund us the difference. In the meantime, we accumulated additional earned commissions for promoting Twindor. Historically, payouts were processed regularly every week (Mondays/Tuesdays). However, for the past 2 months, we have received absolutely zero payments, despite our unpaid commission balance continuing to grow.
Furthermore, our affiliate manager has completely stopped responding to any of our messages for over 2 months. They read our messages, yet choose to completely ignore us.
