Unpaid commission

We have been working with Altair Affiliates for several years. Communication was never perfect, but over time we always managed to resolve any issues. At this point, you could say there is virtually no communication at all.

We have been waiting for payments since January despite sending invoices and follow-up reminders.

Every month the commission amount keeps growing, but our manager replies only once every few weeks saying that “everything will be fine,” and then disappears again and does not respond for many weeks.

Dear DBAF,

First of all, we would like to apologize for the delays in communication and the frustration this situation has caused.

We fully understand your concerns regarding the outstanding payments and recognize that the level of communication in recent months has not met the standard you should expect from us. Unfortunately, due to a high volume of work, our response times have been significantly impacted. That said, we acknowledge that this should have been handled better on our side.

Please note that the outstanding funds were paid on 11 May, and the POP has already been shared with the partner.

We truly appreciate your patience and your long-term cooperation with us over the years, and we are committed to improving communication moving forward to avoid situations like this in the future.
