Unpaid commission... no contact

I'd like to share our recent issue with Superfly Partners. We are struggling with payments from them. First they claimed that they sent the commission, but it returned because our bank account was invalid. But it is not the case! Our account is up-to-date and fully operational, and other partners have no problem sending commission to that account. What's happened next.. we changed our banking details to another account (also 100% valid) + sent them bank statement confirmation with all details, and again, no payment, no further contact...

Hi @FreeSpins, we’ve received confirmation from their representative that the outstanding commission is being processed. They explained that initial payment was returned due to account verification issues, which were promptly communicated you. Updated details were submitted on June 24, and finance has been instructed to re-process the payment. Please let us know when you receive the payment so we can mark this thread as resolved.

I dont want to judge here something. I do not know you, nor your business model.

Several new members hitting here every week to complain non payment. The guys who have problems but dont expose it here .. we can imagine.

But you are around for some time. And i can only guess (nick) whats your approach is, to get traffic and FTD. But never ever during last 12/24 months i cant remeber a thread/post without you complaining non payments. Its annoying but i cant find an "Ignore" function here.

Whats the point? Yes, no deposit bonuses could convert in the past very well and probably 2 yrs back, those signups converted into FTD ...

Its nothing offending, but maybe check your last 50 threads here. Its just non payment. I would consider ... another way?

PS: If your main source of traffic is not free spins etc, i would be even more concernd
PPS: And always push the AGD staff hard and harder to get involved in your weekly missing commission is just lazy. Hire a lawyer maybe?!
