Unpaid commission - Alpha Affiliates

Hi,

Alpha Affiliates do not pay commissions. We have contacted them about this on numerous occasions, but they are doing nothing about it. They know they are breaking their own terms and conditions, but they couldn’t care less. Now they’ve stopped replying to messages. It’s a disgrace – they’re so good at attracting customers at conferences, but when it comes to paying on time, they’re nowhere to be seen.

Below is an excerpt from the FAQ on the homepage:

How are commissions paid out?
Commissions are calculated between the 1st and 7th of the month and paid out between the 7th and 15th. Payment options include BTC, USDT, Capitalist, Skrill, Neteller, and Bank Transfer.

You have to visit them directly on a conference again, that´s always the best option. I hate the frequency of Affiliate managers responses last days. First they need you, then they do not bother to answer, then message they left the company

The best course of action would be to go to the conference and hand them the unpaid invoices and interest notices in person. Plus, stick a notice on their stand stating that they are in arrears with their payments.
