I want to share my experience working with this affiliate program, because at this point the situation looks extremely unprofessional.
We started cooperation several months ago. At first everything looked fine: communication was active, offers were approved, traffic was accepted, and there were no mentions of any major issues with quality or payments.
Later the company began delaying payouts, explaining it with “restructuring”, “financial department changes”, “wallet issues”, and similar reasons. Since February we have been constantly hearing promises like:
The most frustrating part is the lack of transparency and constantly shifting deadlines. Every time we ask for updates, we receive vague answers without exact dates. Meanwhile, we also have obligations towards our own partners and media buyers.
We tried to stay patient and solve everything privately, but at this point the delays have been going on for too long. The amount itself is not even huge — which makes the whole situation look even stranger.
I understand companies can face operational difficulties, but professional partnerships should still include honest communication and respecting agreed payment terms.
Posting this here so other affiliates are aware and can take potential risks into account before scaling traffic with them.
