Trino Partners - no payment... no contact...

We have not received our commission... They assured us that it would definitely be paid on time, but this turned out not to be true. Furthermore, they stopped responding to our reminders. I would like to ask the AGD staff to help us in this matter. And the others

As of today, the commission has not been. This means that it's overdue 9 days. This in turn means that we have accrueed 9x10 EUR admin fees (penalty) on top of the principal. 10 EUR/fee per day for being late and unresponsive.

If you want to back to business, pay the balance + all the extra fees. It's our extra time we have to devote to send reminders, formulate complaints, etc. Time is money, and you have to face it.

Trino is yet another clown program. Their managers have the audacity to talk about further cooperation when they are fully aware that our commission has not been paid.... I don't know, but they seem to live in some other reality.

And the best part is, when you keep asking for your due commission, they say management takes care of it. Holy shit, really?

Eventually, we were able to re-establish communication with Trino through their senior manager, Mariia. She listened to us thoroughly and understood the problem. She admitted that such a situation should never have happened and promised that it would not happen again. Thanks to her commitment, the commission was paid immediately.

At this point, I believe that the problem has been resolved.
