To all whom it may concern:
TopAffiliates is again failing to pay and/or delaying payment of commissions. Despite their assurances that the situation will improve, unfortunately, things are no better. They continue to deceive affiliates by giving payment deadlines, which they later fail to meet themselves. They respond to emails sporadically, or completely ignore them. What's more, they change their terms and conditions on the site all the time, which causes even more confusion and creates mistrust.
