Thanks for our certification and for welcoming us to the forum. We are very pleased to be represented here.

We are a fairly new brand to the market, but come with years of experience within the industry. You will find our brand PCFCASINO targeting casino, sports and poker players with a Curacao licence. I have registered as affiliate and also registered a player account. But after finishing and played the 10 free spins up on registration i was shocked. I wanted to make the first deposit but they have only 3 deposit methods. Mastercard&Visa, Astropay and Bankwire. Tried to make a deposit via ecopayz and Neteller Mastercard but both are not working.
They offer Neteller, Skrill and Paysafecard but nothing is showing. How should one promote a casino if they have only 3 methods what customers can't use in different countries ?

Their slogan is Players come first but they operate only with a curacao license. You get no conatct in Live-Chat and you are limited on 3 deposit methods. Not that a Curacao license would be a problem but if i only operate with it, then i must give much more attention to players as on other casinos. This experience was very sober and i wasn't amused about.

They are a new online casino and they don't think about what a casino must have ? They must have support agents 24h available. If a customer see that he can't deposit, then he's away.

I understand the general problem about the payment providers but if i open a new casino i make sure of that i offer enough payment methods.

Sorry but my impression is that "players don't come first" here and the first impression from a customer is the important one.

Taking the not-so-positive review by insider into account, and a few other instances lately, where, programs seem to be added (with banner and tags) yet the program is not being vetoed/checked out 1'st.

EG - https://www.affiliateguarddog.com/community/threads/westcasino-intro.13525/#post-99597 (T&C's are woeful...worse, they're not paying affiliates).

Calling it as I see it...seems a large % of newly added programs are not be checked-out. And, the only "assist" here... is for benefit of the AGD coffers.

Forums need revenue, but at whos expense/risk, Members?

Please note that the availability of payment methods for deposits and withdrawals depends on the country of registration of the player. You can request the complete list from your affiliate manager as needed.

As far as live chats are concerned, please know that we are available around the clock. It would be very helpful if you could tell us more details about when you tried to contact us in live chat so we could check what could be the reason.

Regarding payment methods i mean, if they can't offer more as real credit card and bankwire for the country of my registration, then they should exclude this country but it belongs to one of the strongest.

But i believe their problem is the curacao license. Most of the payment providers don't want to work with partners where only have curacao license.
